Good rechargeable battery, also would recommend a compatible battery charger that not only charges but also discharges the battery. This battery also holds the charge very well, highly recommended.

They work great! They take a while to charge, but then they hold their charge for months. We use them for our electronic locking dog door.

I have not had good luck with these. I bought some about a year ago, they lasted maybe 3 months before they started giving me error messages. I attempted to give them a second try: bought another pack of 4 - all of them gave error messages straight out of the box. They were replaced and the new batteries are about 2 months old and I get error messages. Pretty bummed about it - was hoping to be more green by using them. I don’t even mind they don’t hold a charge as long as a disposable battery, but the fact that they cost as much as they do and simply stop working is very frustrating. I was using an EBL recharger too. UPDATE: Updating this review for a few reasons: 1. The customer service was pretty awesome. Once I posted my original view (1 star), someone reached out to me immediately with a fix for my issue. As it turns out you can basically "jump start" the rechargeable batteries if they are showing up as errors in your charger. Every one of my batteries are now working again. My only complaint is: they should tell you this little trick in the packaging when you first purchase them. Would save some time. 2. Also: because of my complaint they were very quick to reach out and send me replacement batteries (which I honestly didn't need since the jump start fixed all my issues). So to update: my batteries weren't defective, they were just so low on charge that the charger showed them as an error. With a quick jumpstart, they all now work. Customer service was prompt with a fix and replacements. So - upgrading this to 5 starts.

I bought these to power a set of outdoor security lights I installed on the back stairs. I am generally pleased with them: they were expensive to buy, but a much better choice long-term than routinely buying and tossing their alkaline equivalents. There are two issue you might consider, however, depending on how/where you use them. First, they are fantastic on a full charge, but it takes as long as 10 hours to reach a full charge even when using the matching EBL charger, so you will likely need spares for outdoor applications. Secondly, they discharge rapidly in really cold weather.
