These work great! My phone is on the wrong side of my desk at work, so I constantly twist the cord when I answer it and hang it up again. At times, it would get so tangled that I would lift the handset and the phone would come with it.I unhooked the curly cable from the handset, plugged in a detangler, and plugged the cord into the detangler, and when I turned loose, the detangler spun so fast! All of the twists came out of the cable right away, and now my phone cords is nice and neat and stretches and turns to go wherever I need it too!The only thing I could ask for would be that they were available in gray or charcoal so it didn't stand out from the phone, but it works, and function is more important than appearance to me, so it's all good. Other people at work are pickier than I am, though.

Work great. No, no, no static. If you get static upgrade your wall jack and cords. I already had done that and this was last PC needed to allow swivel on a wall mounted phone that had a deep recessed cord plugin so I had to watch which kind of swivel attachment I ordered. These work perfect now for over 5 months. The coiled 25' cord is actually starting to unwind from use but the first swivel jack out of the 3 is still holding up well. Great price for a great package of usefulness.
