I have had difficulty sleeping for the past few years. Either I can’t go to sleep, or I wake in the middle of the night, and can’t go back to sleep.A friend suggested that my problem may be connected to some personal loss that I experienced a few years before. Basically, my body is always in a state of alert. She thought this would make a big difference for me.The taste is not bad. I am able to place a dropper-full under my tongue, no dilution necessary for me. I began with once a day, and increased gradually, til it was right for me. Three times a day works for me.I now fall asleep much easier, and if i wake during the night, I usually am able to fall back to sleep fairly easily.

I like this product because the flavor is similar to sweet tea when mixed with water!

After reading about this in a forum for individuals diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis as a better alternative to melatonin, I decided to try it out. I still have broken sleep but am able to go into a deeper stage of sleep. Due to chronic fatigue, it's hard to tell if I'm more rested or not; but it works well enough that I've added it to my subscription items.

Skullcap helps to clear our racing minds so we can go back to sleep. Works most of the time for us and every bit as good as CBD at a few of the cost.

Very effective for me

I like this product very much. I have Gullain- Barre Syndrome (GBS). I take it to help with Nervous System Issues. It appears to help me, it may be different for others - and I am not giving Medical Advice.
