This was a great investment for using at Trade ShowsWe already had a smaller one and this one was even easier

Unfortunately, I've encountered a significant issue: one of the blades in the fan kit has misaligned holes, making it impossible to install correctly. This defect is causing a delay in my project and, as a result, is adversely affecting my reputation with my client.I understand that issues can occur, but I urgently need a replacement blade to complete the installation. Time is of the essence in this matter, and a prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. Could you please expedite the shipment of a replacement blade, or suggest an alternative solution that could rectify this situation as soon as possible?Thank you for your attention to this matter. I received my holo65 and immediately began uploading images & video. VERY COOL PRODUCT!!!Easy to setup and load. Make sure to download the phone app, which allows you to add content wirelessly from your phone's photo and video archive. Also have the remote handy as soon as you plug it in, so you can turn the fan off... since it starts immediately after being plugged in.I did have 1 fan blade that I needed replaced, due to a missing LED. I contacted the seller and received a response within 24 hours and the replacement part shipped later that day. He also provided me with immediate access to the 3D hologram video archive. Cool stuff in there. I've also found the included software for creating 3d hologram text graphics easy to use.The fan works great & everyone that walks by it does a double-take and stops to watch the show. Great for advertisements.

1. Hardware works are promised. Good build.2. App is ridiculous in these days. Connecting through wifi is ridiculous and have to disconnect phone from internet.3. No official apps for desktop and mobile.4. App keeps crashing whenever custom content is uploaded. Spent countless hours.Its sad I have to return a decent product because of bad software.

This product sold itself. I have always wanted a holographic fan for my students and this product is perfect for me with a good price. It was easy to assemble and easy to use once I downloaded the SpinDisplay app. You can use the holographic fan through the app or with the remote control only. My only wish is that the app had more 3D images and videos. However, the images loaded in the cloud are very beautiful. The support staff is very helpful. They are very responsive to my emails with explicit directions. Thank you very much for your support. My next venture is to create more transparent 3D images and videos. I am exploring various software applications for a MAC or iPad. Any suggestions?

I've wanted to get a hologram fan since I saw them at the beginning of the year. If you're looking for them there isn't a lot of information on how they work, what type of files you can create and use on your own or many good reviews. I took a risk on this and ordered one. I'll use this for my company and attendance at trade shows. The effect is definitely eye-catching and looks pretty good. The quality and composition of the source material really makes a difference. If I have one complaint it's that there's no on/off switch and it starts spinning as soon as you plug it in. Be careful the first time you use it. The fan comes preloaded with some videos and the seller was good responding by email with more content to download and some help in the specifications needed to create your own content.

I honestly was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the brightness and quality of the images it shows. Videos just don't do this product justice. You need to see it to really appreciate it. I did contact their sales department and had some custom 3D images created for my business needs. They were great to work with and very responsive. It's been a good experience from the beginning. Quick tip - Make sure you get a stand! This thing has some serious torque to it and needs to be firmly mounted. I look forward to taking it to our next public event and wowing everyone.

I recorded video of the “hologram” on my phone. The videos look like what is shown on Amazon. On your phone, it really looks like a very cool 3D effect. In person, it looks like a low resolution dot board display. In person, there’s really no 3D effect at all. The fan is loud, it spins fast, and can hurt someone. I am not sure of any situation in which it makes sense to use this device over a normal monitor. As I said, in person, there is no 3D effect at all. In person, it just looks like a very old and ordinary display with low resolution. And changing the preset images is very difficult.
