This stuff is strong. Doesn’t make me super tingly, just a solid stream of energy. It taste ok, but I’m not drinking it for taste. I’ve bought it a few times and I still only need 1 scoop, which impresses me because I’m definitely a caffeine junky

Granite pre-work is a great jump start to get the workout going. The taste is great and blends well with water. I take it about 30 minutes before my workout making me ready to get the pump started.

This stuff is amazing! I haven’t used preworkout in years I think I’ve tried them all most give me the shakes and I feel awful not this stuff! Perfect fuel for my workout very good energy no jitters, no crashing after just smooth focused energy I’m very sensitive to caffeine and this couldn’t be more perfect I even take it with Granite’s Thermoburn and love it! I use the Blue crush flavor which has always been my flavor of choice - I love that their is no Creatine in it since I can’t take that. Definitely a must have if you want to crush your workouts and need a little extra focus and energy!
