heavy duty strap, nice handles/grips, worth the money and doing the job!

I love the consecutive loops pre-sewn into this strap. It allows for quick adjustments when practicing therapeutic stretches. With this strap, I can easily lasso a foot in the back plane of my body. And then, I can quickly transition to another stretch with my forearms in each loop. The loops bring an ease and flow to my therapeutic movement work including yoga and pilates. The strap material is nice and wide, too, which allows for comfortable placement on foot, leg, hand, and arm. Furthermore, the two end loops are larger and have a soft cushioning sewn into the inside which makes it extra nice and super comfortable for sustained holds. As well, the strap is well constructed with quadruple and double stitching at the loops. This is a high quality strap that also comes with educational print materials as well as an online resource for how to use it. If you enjoy working with straps in your movement practice, this one is a terrific addition due to the consecutive loops, quality construction, and extra cushioning.

Just got this at the door. Immediately opened and started to use. Im in physical therapy for my hips. Chronic bursitis and bilateral teas. They said bursitis is mostly caused from a tightness in the muscles tendons whatever. They have me doing stretches. So I’m using this at home to speed my recovery and to improve my flexibility. I’ve grown stiffer for sure I’m 53 and less flexible for sure.Anyway this is top quality and has a perfect design I absolutely love it. And because it’s not that stretchy material I don’t have to worry about it dry rotting like the one I found in my daughter closet.Recommend this for sure. It also came with the cutest key chain.

Works as described

I'm about 5'5" tall. The strap would be easily long enough for someone much taller. It's sturdy and rolls up easily to go into the bag it came with. It's wide enough, it doesn't cut into your foot and has loops at various places to help you stretch muscles regardless of how tall or short you may be. It works.

This is hands down the most ingenious stretching aid I have ever used. Worth every penny. High quality product. This straps works for beginners to advanced - extremely user friendly. And, received a .pdf via email for stretching exercises guides that is extremely useful and informative in directions and diagrams. BRAVO!!!

I've been in 2 rehab facilities and 2 outpatient rehab facilities, none of these places have nearly as good of a stretch strap with loops as EverStretch. I use this strap to get more flexion in my knee as I just had my knee replaced. I also use it to help lift my leg as my muscles are not responding and I can't lift my foot off the bed without assistance. This strap offers many loops to situate your hands to get the most beneficial pull for the stretch. It's a great product and a great company.
