Passionfruit naturally tends to be on the thinner side. This being said, all of our purees, including the passion fruit, are suitable for ice cream preparation. We have several clients, including ice cream parlors, which use them both for regular milk-based ice creams and water-based sherbets. **Q: Can pink guava puree be frozen?** A: Absolutely. You may keep our fruit purées frozen or refrigerated.
