Purchased more vitamins from TUDIMO, mostly because they sell powder in capsules instead of tablets. It's a bit more expensive option, but you get less anticaking or other agents and more purity and efficiency in capsules than you get in tablets.Overall I think this D3 and K2 combination is a quality product sold at a competitive price. Satisfied with the purchase.

Over the years experience has taught me to be very thorough when purchasing health supplements. Naturally every Supplier will make the best claims for their product but do all their claims stand up? This is why I purchase via Amazon because “feedback” is so important. Accepted that “what suits one may not suit another” its still a valuable guide. As research is in my nature I look deeper into a well recommended product and I found this item to be “well up there” re the accuracy claims and contents. My experience with supplements is that one purchases in the hope that it has the same effect as the positive reviews.This will be the first of two reviews re this item, mainly to highlight the accuracy of their claim re ingredients and effect. For the latter to materialise, one needs at least a month to monitor any benefit. I have over the last few years been driven to Liposomal items but wish to try and measure any differences if indeed there are any between the two formulations.

Good value, but very difficult to say whether they make any difference after such short time.

So pleased I took time to research for vit D3 and K2 MK7 and found TUDIMO. Capsules are tiny and easy to swallow. Great to find D3 and MK7 together and an absolute bonus that there are no fillers. I shall be buying more from TUDIMO without a doubt.

This boosted my vitamin D level quite quickly, and so much more effective than the tablets my GP used to prescribe for me.The levels of vitamin D were verified by blood tests. My last blood test was taken in the winter too, so ought to have been lower than the previous summer/autumn tests.
