I ordered as the colder weather is now here. I am a very hot sleeper, spending more time out of a duvet than in. Have been using a 4.5 duvet with a thin fleecy blanket on top which I would often feel a little cool during the night so read the reviews on this duvet & thought I would give it a try. Arrived later than first stated & thought about cancelling & just getting one from local shop but im so pleased I waited. First time ever I have spent a whole night under a quilt in so long. This duvet does exactly as it says & takes the heat out leaving your body at a nice comfortable temperature. I also purchased a bamboo mattress topper, so lying between the two of them is heaven, can't wait to go to bed on an evening now as I sleep so soundly at the perfect temperature. Thank you to the genius who invented it.

I like to buy new duvet and pillows for my bed at least every two years and this time around I thought I would test out this Silentnight Airmax version. I generally buy from the Silentnight brand anyway and so I did expect this duvet to be better than good. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I left it out overnight to air properly and then replaced with "old" duvet with this Airmax. I have to say I was impressed! The duvet feels lightweight on the body but is plenty warm enough for my needs and it felt comfortable. I will certainly be buying this product again in the future and feel it is probably the best duvet I've ever bought.

This is a lovely 10.5 tog duvet,it fills the duvet cover well .The quality of this duvet is very good and the fact it was on offer was a great price.It does feel lovely when you get into bed and is lovely and soft like a cloud.However it does hold the heat in?.weird as it's has mesh sides.thats my only quibble with this duvet.

This was a replacement for my previous Silentnight Airmax duvet that had been damaged at the laundry (too big to fit in my washing machine). It is very soft and warm. I recommend this brand highly.

These Airmax type duvets are definitely a quality item. Far superior to those everyday duvets you may find at a cheaper price. If you’re looking for a superior duvet that lives up to its tog rating. Look no further than these Airmax.

Was a bit skeptical about this duvet as I am sure many others are, however this duvet has really impressed me and my wife. I am writing this review after using this duvet for over a week now. We've used duck down duvets for a long time now but we decided we wanted a change. We wanted a duvet that would keep us warm but not make us sweat. After a bit of browsing, we can across this one, so we took the plunge. I've got to say we are impressed by this duvet: - It's much lighter than a duck down one. - It's surprisingly full, not clumpy or hard. - It's very soft. - It keeps you warm but not sweaty. Overall for the money, it will be hard pressed to get a better duvet. A few reviews have mentioned about the writing along the sides of the duvet. There is a mesh all around the edge of duvet which I would assume is to allow the duvet to breathe. Along this mesh "airmax" is printed in grey writing. This to me is not any issue as we don't use light coloured duvet covers. I think it's something that people may need to be aware of if you do use white or light coloured bedding, however I don't think it warrants such a negative response as it doesn't have any effect on the quality of function of the duvet itself.
