Looks good to me, works like a charm.
I have a 2013 Cadillac XTS that I purchased as a certified pre-owned in early 2017. Within a few weeks, the original screen failed and showed the familiar spiderwebbing. The car was under warranty, and a local Cadillac dealer replaced it free of charge. This was around May 2017, so before the 2018 design fix. I knew the screen would fail again someday, and it did in June 2020. So both the original screen and the warranty replacement screen lasted about three years. The car is no longer under warranty, so I decided I would fix it myself this time. I looked at several options, including the more expensive CueScreens. I decided to give this one a chance. I am not disappointed.I’ll post some pics showing the before and after, and comparing the failed part to this one.As you can see, the proximity sensors are working perfectly. I think the glare is pretty much the same as the factory unit. I haven’t seen one of CueScreens products in person, but it he glare fear is the only thing that caused me pause in choosing this product. Perhaps CueScreens’ have less glare than the factory unit, and that would be a welcomed upgrade; but this product is not the glare monster some would have you believe it is.I used CueScreens’ YouTube videos for instructions on disassembly. They are pretty good. One pointer I would have is regarding removing and replacing the gear shift surround and cup holders. CueScreens says to just pull it up and back once you have the two rear screws removed. You can do it this way, but it will require a large amount of force and getting it back in that way is almost impossible. Instead, pull up the rubber liner in the bottom of the cup holders. There is a screw there. Remove it. Then carry on the exactly as CueScreens’ videos show. When you reinstall this part, it is 100x easier this way. Just pop it back in and reinstall the screw. This will save you several minutes and keep you from breaking anything.Lastly, I bought a trim removal tool kit with about 8 tools in it. Total waste. I used one tool out of the whole kit. You need a good trim removal tool, but not 8 of them. Other than that, you just need a 7mm hex (I used my socket set with extension), a #1 Phillips and a #2 Phillips screwdriver.Best of luck!

2014 Cadillac SRX
I’m a technician at a Hyundai dealership. I inspect and repair trade-ins and auction vehicles. This SRX was brought in with a delaminated screen, and none of the controls worked. GM said it can’t be replaced and that we would have to order the entire radio, so I took a chance with buying this replacement, which was the best price I could find. Just installed and everything works as it should. Save yourself some money by putting in a little more labor and buy this part!

PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!!!
Long story...Looking to buy a new vehicle with no avail for the one I wanted. Local dealer friend found one, had to act fast. Wanted to trade in my 2013 ATS but the cue system did not work. Had a mind of its own with ghost touches, zero response for touch, could not use the radio or bluetooth. Called Cadillac they wanted $2700. I said how about just parts, they said to replace the entire CUE for $1900 in parts. Read online about this screen possibly being the issue, and I said hell under $50 I will try.Fast forward, the dealer is looking at my car and says "I'm impressed! Every Cadillac we get around this year the electronics never work!" Went home in my new truck!!Installation was about 2 hours tops (but I have a background in building computers and rifles). Little to no tools needed (screwdriver, 10mm socket, trim tool). Zero experience working on a car or car electronics to this extent. Screen worked as good as day one OEM or better. This product saved me big time!

Don't get
Don't get it. There's nothing here that says it's gel-free. The gel is what expands with heat on hot days and causes the cracking in the first place. At the time of review, this is going for $25 and gel-free versions are 50 to 60. Thankfully I bought this years ago and waited until now to install it, then accidentally ripped the ribbon cable attaching it to the CUE unit, so I had to come back on and find a new screen. I almost got this one again, but then searched for more options and found ones that are gel free. (Highly doubt that this is, because the description pretends to not know anything about the gel.) And goodness, that ribbon cable is the most obnoxious thing. They aim straight and you have to tweak it 90 degrees to the left into the connector in a situation where your fingers are too big to get into the space needed. Even with tweezers I found it horrendous. But I got it done. Then I saw a spot of dust behind the new screen and separated it from the cue a quarter inch to insert a dust rocket and that was that. Ribbon cable ripped.

Works great! Not 100% exact but 95%
I rarely write reviews and very skeptical when it comes to paying such a small cost for a part that dealers charge hundreds or more.... However this thing is truly like OEM except for the metallic aluminum strip across the lower front, whereby the OEM version is a tad shinier and has a more defined crease in the center. Other than that, it truly works great! Used a YouTube video to install and it took me 1 1/2 hours at a slow and steady pace to avoid damage or errors. My screen was completely shot, as it went slowly due to the heat in South Florida, to the point whereby my Cue system was unusable. Now fully functional. Strongly recommend and Thanks!
