E3D Genuine V6 HotEnd Kit for 3D Printer: High Performance 3D Printing (1.75mm) (12V, Direct)

I was originally worried that this listing for mistaken and I would get the V6 lite based off recent reviews.Thankfully, it is a fully fledged V6 Hotend. Well the one I got was anyway.I've installed it. And it's functioning perfectly.I've installed it on my Creality CR10S. I'm using a BMG extruder clone which I also purchased from Amazon.I'm using 1mm / 20mms retraction and have zero ozzing or strings.The nozzle is also really well made, so much better made than any of the Chinese Cloned V6 hotends or Nozzles.People may think £50 is too much considering the Clones arw under £10. But you will end up buying half a dozen clones and still get issues.£50 is not bad for a genuine item that's going to last.100% recommend this hotend

Recently bought one of these for my CR10s and it improved it so much i had to buy another for my Wanhao i3. Wasn't a straight swap on the wanhao had to print a bracket from Thingverse but got it working fairly quickly and now it's printing fine. I'm using TH3D Firmware which lets you enable the cartridge thermistor

After a couple of years struggling with various hot ends, I fitted this and it has performed faultlessly from first to last layer with PLA, ABS, Nylon and TPU. The extra cost really is justified and has been by far the best component I have fitted including 2 micro-swiss units.

I was curious as to what this kit could do over the clone, and the results are evident.The overall finish and quality are far superior to clones, and so far havent had a single blockage which was my main reason for purchasing.Haven't got many hours on it yet, but it feels like one less thing to worry about now.

Arrived earlier than expected and is definitely a genuine E3D V6 not a V6 lite. The instructions online are easy to follow and get your hotend up and running in no time.
