I usually like the spices from this brand, but i find that this particular package spices weren't as fragrant as usual.I used the mortar and pestle to grind the spice but still the aroma didnt transfer to the dish well.It makes me wonder if the spices were a bit on on the older side.

Save your money and use this in a french press or your own tea bags as you can get a lot more of these seeds vs paying like $7 for 20x2g tea bags.

You grind it your self if you need to and use it whole in other recipe. Great taste,value fo $

Nice amount for the price, just disappointed it contains wheat so I have to be careful, I use it to help digestion and it helps me 😌
