Warm, well made, great dog walk coat!
Warm, and comfortable in 30°F degree weather. Lots of room to move. Long sleeves hang over your wrist to keep cold out when extending your arms. Dual zippers let you open the jacket from the bottom up while keeping the top closed. Great for getting keys, billfold, phone, etc out of your jeans pockets. Water resistant, but not waterproof to downpour. Big pockets handle cell phone with otter case.

Husband loves it!
Got this jacket for my husband wear in our trip to Portugal (winter). He simply loves everything about this jacket, the fitting, the style, the color, the pockets inside, space in the elbow area and how warm it is. Never saw he so excited about clothing before. Great jacket! For reference he is 6’3”, skinny - I got him size small.

My Perfect Jacket - Carhartt Men's Full Swing Cryder Jacket Navy Blue
Carhartt Men's Full Swing Cryder Jacket: Navy Blue Big and Tall. For me there is only one coat or jacket that I want to own, they must be waterproof, have a hood, durable fabric material and fade resistant, dark (Navy) blue, & heavy duty design of components (zippers, snaps, seams). Carhartt is known for some of the best jackets for every day use, Navy Blue Carhartt’s are a special order and hard to find in local Central Illinois stores, so I have ordered various types over the years that I still use. This was my first order of this style and insulation weight that I call for around a high of 30 F jacket, I also used Prime wardrobe for the first time to make sure it fit and that I could inspect it before buying. Happy with jacket and Amazon’s Prime Wardrobe. This Carhartt Men's Full Swing Cryder Jacket is more flexible than most of my other jackets/coats and has a rear lip that is longer than in front, I am 6’2” and did not buy Tall, happy with fit, it is warm for a medium weight jacket and stops rain and wind when button down with all the features. Mine had two outside hand pockets that closed with a snap, one outside zipper lapel pocket big enough for cell ohone and wallet plus one inside pocket with velcro fastner for cell phone or wallet. The hood is insulated and warm plus detachable by snaps, I especially like the front edges of hood that are under your chin since they tuck into flaps to snap in place on each side of jacket collar, this hides the ends and keeps them from bothering your face. PS “Full Swing” is for chopping wood with an Ax, not likely that I will be doing that but think you could swing a bat with the grandkids or a golf club if you wanted too. My best single comment is: Carhartt Men's Full Swing Cryder Jacket FEELS BROKE IN THE FIRST TIME I WORE IT!

Worth The Price - Very Comfortable And Warm
I bought this for my husband who is now obsessed with this jacket due to its comfort. He hardly ever wears jackets because he says that it’s not worth it to walk to and from the car, as most jackets are too uncomfortable and restrict his movement too much to wear while riding in the car.The double zipper on this jacket allows him to sit comfortably while wearing the jacket, as he is able to pull the zipper up from the bottom to allow for his stomach stretching while sitting. The arms also allow for free movement and don’t make him feel trapped in the jacket. The detachable hood is a nice feature, too. He says the hood is a bit heavy and weighs the jacket down, so he leaves it off unless it’s raining. The jacket is nicely waterproof. It’s also very warm. We don’t get much cold weather, but it can occasionally dip below freezing and he says that he cannot feel the cold or wind on his torso at all while wearing this jacket. It’s the most expensive jacket I’ve ever bought, but it is obviously high quality and will be a favorite of my husband’s for years to come.

Good value on sale price
I got this jacket in the blue color because that was on closeout for some reason and was $109. All the other colors were $159. For the price I paid I think this is a great jacket. Good layout of pockets and a zippered inside pocket for your phone to keep it secure. Jacket seems fairly warm too without being overly bulky and annoying.I'm 6'2" and 170lbs with a skinny lanky build. I got size medium. The medium seems to fit me very well and to my surprise the sleeves are actually the appropriate length which almost never happens with my build. It's a little snug around the shoulders if I wear a hoodie or something underneath but I didn't get a large because I was afraid it would be too baggy and I really don't like that. Overall I think this is a great jacket, I probably wouldn't have gotten it if I had to pay the full $159 though. Mostly because I'm a cheapskate and one of the factors that drives the cost of this jacket up is the durability in the triple stitched seams and stuff. I'm using this as an everyday jacket not for outside farm work or anything so that's a non factor for me.
