This product looks good yet cheap, and when I used it on someone, he reported the poor quality of the "leather" strap that goes through the ball was sharp and uncomfortable. It cut up his mouth plenty by the time we were done using it so o won't be using it again or recommending it to anyone. It's dangerous.
