Happy with this- good for a lite wt. GPS
No reviews- so I took a chance.Bought this for trail riding on my dirt bike.Have not tested this yet with my Garmin etrex 10- I have a lot of experience with ram mounts and gps on bikes. This is not a ram-more like regular plastic-but the ball mount seems robust as is the attachment to back of gps- I do expect it to move in that ball mount a bit and I’m ok with that for my uses! I put this on 1” rental bars.Wouldnt hesitate to put this on a street bike or hunting quad. I’m just looking for this to hold my gps and not fall off from little jumps and turns- I feel this will! This seems to fit 1” bars best but I didn’t over tighten it and stress the plastic too much-rubber pads under the clamp help the durability.I like the extra lanyard which I will attach to the bars for my indestructible etrex.I believe this will be perfect for my needs: holding a lite gps which I will only need to read in an emergency if lost and to reference once in a while while in the dirt. I just couldn’t put a $70 gps on an $80 ram mount! I am not riding the Dakar but I do ride 3hrs at a time in the woods as fast as I can. I would say buy it- for the price it will be great for the etrex 10 to hold on to and be accessible if u get lost. Hope this helps!

GPS Handlebar Mounting Bracket
The bracket ball socket could have a means of adjusting the tightness so it doesn't vibrate out of adjustment. Other than that - it is nicely designed, and well worth the money. The USPS added 3 days to the delivery by sending it to 5 or 6 extra stops - all in Las Vegas. I think we can all expect that until the election.

Useable, but could be better
Connection to the bike is sturdyConnection to the Garmin is to tight to allow me to use the "clip", but the snugness holds it in place so it's usable. The pivot / ball joint is too loose, it moves around too much, even when riding on the road.Overall, it's good for the price and I'm not planning on replacing it

Super glue?
Its a 10 dollar holder and it feels like it. For the most part it lookes ok the only issue is the ball. I figured let me give it a try so i bought it instead of a 40 dollar one, felt ball was very weak for what i intented to use it for. So i decided to super glue it in place feels good now i never planned in moving it to much anyway. Will it hold who knows, at least its only 10 bucks.

Works perfectly
This thing works exactly like it says it does in a hole my Garman in my side-by-side you TV when I’m off routing and doesn’t come loose or anything it’s great

It broke on Off road biking
This mount holder have two components: Bike mount and garmin mount. Theese two components are bind by a male/female square adaptor. I guess Garmin Etrex is so heavy for this adaptor and it broke, making support useless. If you will do seriosus off road (bike or motorcycle) this mount is not for you.

The most useless mount I have ever had.
The mount is easy to fit and holds the GPS unit well, but the ball/socket part is so loose that it moves with even the slightest knock. It is very difficult to use the side buttons on the GPS without moving everything out of line. The previous mount that broke after 8 years use was perfect, but doesn't seem to be listed anywhere now.

Works good
Holds the gps great but really need to make sure you have a small sizes pipe or what ever to clamp it to if using a side x side.

Reasonable quality but had difficulty fitting it to my bicycle ...

Update - plastic neck weak point on rough trails.
Update on my previous review: Neck broke between ball joint and clamp. Happened while cycling rough forest road. Too much stress from weight of Etrex30. I was able to modify by drilling 5mm hole through neck and bolting with a longer machine screw directly to handlebar clamp. Added amalgamating tape for additional security. See attached photos.Previous review:- I was worried about the bracket holding the Etrex securely from some reviews but with a minor modification it has survived red run trails and minor spills. I used self amalgamating rubber tape to wrap around the ball joint and this prevents the bracket parting from the handlebar mounted ball joint. I still use the safety strap but haven't needed it despite cycling over rocks and rough trails.

Not suitable for cycle handlebars
Didn’t fit my handle bars on either road bike.Put it on mountain bike but the ball fixing is rubbish so constantly fell forward so you couldn’t see garmin. No use to me at all

No quibbling and an excellent and timely service
Initally had a problem as the adjuster screw was on solid and would not turn, however how much I tried. Got in touch with Digital and the sent me a replacement within 24 hours. No quibbling and an excellent and timely service. The mount if now on my bike and appears robust and just the thing for my Garmin touch 25.
