Very interesting
My first try of this Grappa which I bought for my wife but as chief taster........Smooth in the mouth with unidentified flavour and a little warm burn going down. However, the wife prefers her Courvoisier so I had to drink most of it.

Grappa amorone
I've bought this many times and it is the best I've tasted I always drink grappa amorone when I go to amalfi italy and this is just as good

Requires deep contemplation
As someone who lived in Italy for many years I tried many grappas, but I have never tasted anything like this. Complexity of flavours, yet still retaining the distinctive grappa taste underneath, it takes time and contemplation to do this justice. Amarone, the Vino di Meditazione, is the underlying base to this great grappa...and my favourite of all the great red wines.
