Sexy as hell, but dim
We finally got these lights installed in our hallway. The three of them together are much dimmer than the single incandescent boob light we had before, so I deducted one star. They're so cool that I've decided I can live with them. Should they fail, I'll likely replace them with more mainstream lighting, but I'm gonna enjoy the heck out of them while I can!

how big is it?
well i got mine today - i have to say - i was totally excited about this fixture. low wattage, stylish, convenient, and then it gets here and it's like the size of a large salt shaker. now i have to get a plate to mount it to, make sure it will allow the wires through, and get it installed. i thought it was like the size of a light fixture typically is. It's cool, don't get me wrong, but it won't be 'unpack and install' like i had hoped. I'll update my review with a pic once i have it in place. 4 stars bc it's not 'normal' size. more details after installation. Thank you for the speedy shipping!!

Nice light, pattern. Not plug and play.
This is a very nice light., throws a nice pattern on the wall.HOWEVER, it does have to be hard wired.( i knew that) what i didn't know, is that it does not mount to a junction box. what i've done is purchased a round flat cover that ive drilled into, then mounted the light on to the cover, then screwed the cover onto the cieling.Definately not plug and play, but once you get it, it looks good.

Not a good product if you don't know anything about wiring.
I received today with no instructions on how it's supposed to work, so after finding a video of how it's supposed to work, which it has to be hard wired into the wall to other wires, and since I live in an apartment I can't do that. It's going back!!!

Expected a bigger light
I was highly surprised how small this light was when I opened the box. I was not comfortable paying for installation because I was not convinced that it would be able to produce enough lighting. I returned the item. While I was intrigued by the design and so many possibilities, the size caught me off-guard. If I had a way to test the lighting capacity without installation or prior to installation I may have kept them but I ended up returning them immediately. I had purchased 2 with the intent to get more if they would be sufficient.

Defective
In order for you to use this item you have to be a electrician. I thought this would come with plugs, which it did not

Could not get it to work :-(
Wasn’t able to get the light fixture to function with line or low voltage connections. The fixture is not UL listed and did not fit over a standard junction box making installation challenging. The fixture looked nice but was not able to get it to function and didn’t care to ask for a replacement

BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE
I had my electrican think outside the box to be able to install in place where I had exisitng sconces but these are so unique and LOVE the design on the wall when they are lit!

Luv it but....
Used this light in a hallway. Ordered the bright white, not the warm white. After reading the reviews, we thought ours seemed brighter than some described. We were quite happy with it. It’s cool. Have been complimented on it. That being said, it ISN’T install ready. Bought a plate for the back of the light to cover the octagon box at our local hardware store. (Replacing a light fixture.) (Thankfully my hubby works with electrical.) You may want to consider that before you purchase. Sorry about my poor photo.
