This set has a lot of uses... mostly I use them for when our grandkids come over and they fight over a certain toy, I time them so each one gets equal play time. The visual cue rather than a clock is easy for the young ones to conceptualize when it's their turn. No more disagreements! It's also useful for games we play that don't come with timers, it really keeps the flow going and the different sand timers can be used according to the ability and age of each child.I also use and keep them near the phone so I can see how much time I am talking with long winded friends. It has really been helpful in cutting off long conversations when you see how much time has passed by.All in all, I find more uses for these timers than I anticipated. Definitely a good buy!

Very helpful to handle times with kiddos but the 20 minutes and the 30 minutes are very fragile. My kiddo dropped the 30 minutes and it broke. We had to buy one which cost half of the complete package.Useful but don't let the kiddos handle them.

Neat little set to cover a range of time. Be careful with timers as some are glass and can break easier than expected but the look and function overall was nice.

20 minute timer -Broke very easily on the day we got it from being knocked over in a desk. Daughter is very upset her reading timer broke.

These work great but my 20 minute timer got clogged after a few uses. Not sure how...

We use a time out chair and these sand clocks are perfect. She is almost 2 and understands that she needs to remain in the chair until the one minute is finished.

3-minute and 20-minute timers are inaccurate because they both are more. The rest are close enough. The sand does tend to get stuck in the last minutes for the bigger 20- and 30-minute ones.

Sand gets stuck often. I’m in Florida so maybe it’s the humidity but it’s not very useful to have a timer that only partly works.

The timers are nice, basically, and the good choice of time intervals. But our 3-min timer broke (the plastic lid cracked) from just falling onto a carpet. The 5 min and 10 min stopped working soon - the sand just gets stuck in the middle of the time interval, and you have to shake it really hard to make it go through again. And then to shake again. And again.Suprizingly, the 1-min timer keeps working fine, although we store it on top of the bathroom sink - it helps our kid measure the time he need to brush his teeth.The big ones - 20 min and 30 min - work good so far. But honestly, there is little use for such long time intervals...

They arrived as described. A little bit of accuracy.. say around 10-20 seconds for 20mins and 30mins. however, as I am using this for my son to finish lunch or brush, that does not really matter.. The quality is good..Point to Note: 20 mins and 30 mins clocks are in glass, so cannot be given to kids on their own. Others are plastic and safe.

The products are beautiful, especially the 20 and 30 minute timers. Unfortunately the sand randomly stops going through so the timing is not accurate as you have to give the glass a shake to get it going again. I bought these to help my child who has autism and am very disappointed that it does not work accurately.

They are very pleasant looking timers, however some of them(10min and 20min) stopped, I have to shake them again and again to function. Rest are very good.

Helpful to teach time, but not sure of durability. One dropped and it broke in the middle.
