Great Addition To My Current Set-Up
I have a Lance travel trailer with a 190W Go Power panel on the roof. The panel does an adequate job, but when camping in forests (which I do regularly), the trees often shade the roof panel. After tons of research, I purchased this 130W Solar Kit last fall to supplement the 190W panel and recently had a chance to check it out over a five-day trip. Set up is extremely easy. Lance pre wires trailers with "Solar on The Side" so for me, this is a plug and play hookup. I also highly recommend the additional 30' extension cable. Using this kit to "chase the sun" was a game changer for me in keeping the batteries charged. This time of year, the sun is a little low and it was nice to adjust the legs to angle the unit to maximize sun exposure. This was the first trip in ages I didn't need to use my 2000W generator to recharge the batteries. The solar controller works great, however it would be nice if there was an "auto" setting to rotate the power readings. It's necessary to manually scroll through the readings, which really isn't a huge problem. Maybe an option in the future?? I'm slightly concerned about the strength of the legs and wing-nuts used for adjustment. I'm guessing the aluminum keeps the weight down. Just make sure the wing-nuts are tight!! The instructions clearly indicate the unit is not waterproof, which may be a hassle in the future as it will be necessary to put it away in inclement weather. The unit packs away in a hard sided case which makes it easy to carry and transport. Overall, this is a great unit! Amazon has the best price by far, but be patient as the price fluctuates all the time.

Incredible product !!!
WOW! This system we bought last week to use on our travel trailers (singe?) battery, group 27, performed flawlessly! We are new to the "RV" life and purchased a 33 foot trailer with electric everything! Which included a tv, super slide, awning, electric tongue hitch, and all the obvious, outlets, lights (LED), microwave, ect. Well I never knew how power hungry we were until we took our trailer out for the first time and my 2 year old wanted to watch a dvd while eating her breakfast. My wife and I have the coffee maker going while the furnace is warming up our ice cold trailer prior to our fishing trip. Go figure, our battery died! Like I said "Brand new" to the rv life. Well as most experienced rv folks know that when your batt dies even your generators are pretty much worthless with the stock charger onboard. So I needed to figure out what needs to be done in order to my girls happy :0). I went solar! I did my home work for weeks looking at inverters and multiple battery options along with chargers and so on and so on and so on, my brain hurt! and then I found the "WYNNS" (if you were like us lost in the dark after the rv sales team made there deal then do your self a favor and find the Wynns) who explain everything when it comes to rv POWER! Solar power! Its unbelievable, we got our 120 watt Go Power portable system and I honestly pulled it out of the box, unzipped the very well made carrying case and unfolded the panels. I clamped on the positive and negative jaws to my batteries terminals and off we were pulling in clean energy charging my battery. My batt was at 2/3s charge which isn't very good, close to spiking amps and blowing fuses but even though it was overcast within two hours the battery was at 100%. We are sold! and for folks like us that bought a trailer or want to buy a trailer to camp with and don't want to be plugged into rv parks then spend the money and go solar! Within the next week or two we will be boondocking (dry camping) on BLM (Bureau of land management) with GO POWERS 480 watts kit on the roof top along with the 120 watt portable GO POWER folding unit producing a total of 600 watts of usable energy! Unreal, all from the sun, why are we all not using this natural resource? Anyhow thanks Go power after this relaxing weekend of camping you have proven yourself and we are forever faithful and a life changing solar power family.

Super Solar System!
I've been using these for about a year and a half with my Airstream trailer and two Lifeline Group 27 AGM batteries. It works fantastic and keeps my batteries topped off so I don't have to run a generator. I like that and my campground neighbors like that too. They are built with quality and the aluminum stand is so easy to use. It takes me about 3-4 minutes to set it up, and the nice thing is I can park the trailer in the shade and keep the panels in the sun. The built-in controller keeps the batteries from over-charging. My only complaint about this system is that the lights on the controller are very hard to see. This doesn't really bother me as I already use a $10 voltmeter that I plug into a 12v outlet inside the trailer to monitor battery usage.

Nice but controller limits usage
Nice design that works well and very convenient but you are paying for that convenience. Good power generation and it's nice that the controller has multiple charging modes and supports multiple battery types. The included connectors are very nice and give you lots of connectivity options. The built in stand works well.As nice and convenient as this is, it will never charge my batteries fully. At this price point the controller should be programmable to the specific voltages that my battery manufacturer recommends. The hardcoded limit of 14.4 volts for bulk and absorption charging and 14.9 for equalize charging aren't enough to fully charge my batteries. (My battery manufacturer specifies 14.8 volts for absorption and 15.5 for equalize charging)Overall a nice setup that I can recommend. This is a nice add on to my normal system or to add some power to my batteries when we want to park our RV in the shade but won't replace our main system until the controller is updated.

Heavy frame, not flimsy!
They do what they are designed to do. Will return here with an update if they fail to charge.

Works fine, but poor build quality
The solar panels themselves are fine, and they put out adequate voltage/current to top off my camper's batteries. However, the frame and legs look like they were built by a junior high school shop class. The legs and feet are loose, but the bolts can't be threaded in any further (cross threaded?). And the charge controller is not water resistant. WTF? So if there is even the slightest chance of a rain shower, you can't leave the panel unattended. Any electronics that are going to be used outside must be weatherproof.

Great product!
Fantastic product. I was initially hesitant to purchase due to price, lack of knowledge and experience, but this has been an awesome product. Even a non-handy guy like me set it up in under 60 seconds. Works like a champ to power up our 6V deep cycle batteries when dry camping. Arrived sooner than advertised and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend - and have - to all our camping pals.

Heavy duty product. Everything needed for plug and play. Monochrystalline panels, built in controller, multiple connections, hard storage case and very simple to set up. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an easy simple solution to solar power.

Great product
Great when the sun is shining, however with our west coast rainy day not so good. Need to upgrade our battery bank and add another panel. Unfortunately we still have to hang on to our gas generator.

Still glad I chose it
Unit arrived quickly but did not work. The connection on the panel was shorted out due to to much heat so wires were touching. I called Gopower who were very helpful in arranging pickup of unit and shipping of a replacement. I have since got the replacement managed to get 1.2 amps out of panel on a cloudy day so it works. I chose this unit for the build quality and oversized wire and Anderson connectors. Still glad I chose it, but open both terminal blocks and check to see if red and black are crossed and insulation is ok.

It arrived sooner than promised and it is as described. Great zippered protective case and it is all plug and play. Price was within $10.00 of what my electrical supplier would have sold it to me for and I would have had to wait 2 weeks. Seller delivered quick!
