It's a great coffee with a strong kick .

I’m pleased with the taste of this coffee, though I’m not an aficionado! It’s brilliantly low acid and mycotoxin free. I can’t find another coffee like this. I’m impressed!

Too bitter for me. Did not finish it.

I bought this coffee based off other reviews and I have been purchasing it for over a year now and I wont buy anything else. For context - I drink my coffee on the milky side, not as a bullet proof coffee. Here are my comments: - 1. Its great tasting - full bodied, smooth and rich. 2. For me, who is susceptible to getting the jitters, I don't get this side effect at all. I get a nice, long sustainable lift with no crash at the other end. 3. Drinking coffee can give me headaches and a feeling of sickness - I dont get this with this coffee. This has been tried and tested by drinking my, what was usual brand, alongside this one. 4. For me, its not bitter. I know if you pour boiling hot water straight on your coffee grounds it will burn it and make it bitter. I always take the kettle off the boil before using the water. 3. I buy whole beans and grind it fresh when I want to make a cup. I keep it in the dark, in a cool place, in an airtight container. 4. The customer service from the company is excellent - questions asked are dealt with kindly and in a timely manner. Based on my experience, Jamie Sukroo, clearly cares and believes in high quality products and looking after his customers. I can trust that the products he sells (I buy several other of his products) are as described. 5. I really like that it is free from pesticides, heavy metals and mould toxins (mycotoxins).

This was my second purchase of two bags of this coffee. It's a nice coffee, pretty dark roast and a very shiny bean (compared with other roasted beans we have in our collection - drink a lot of coffee). Has a pretty strong and dark flavour when not drunk with the butter and oil combo, cuts through the blend nicely when combined. I'd say they were a high 4 or 5 based on the supermarket style strenght labelling. My only problem with these beans are the packaging. The first batch came in resealable pouches which were great, the new batch you have to cut the top to get at the beans which means either you consume it fast or transfer it to an airtight container. Given the high price of these beans this seems a little mean spirited. It occurred to me just this morning that I drink all sorts of coffee all day at work and all of that is standard supermarket stuff, so paying the extra for this for my morning hit just makes no sense. Instead I've switched to Aldi's limited edition roasted beans at around £2. They are single origin and if you go for the 4 strength and use a bit more give you just as much kick and a better flavour when drunk straight. They aren't individually polished in the same way though :)

Leaves a bitter taste, but of course this is subjective to the taster, everyone's taste is different but I can only offer 1 star as it does not agree with me. UPDATE I initially gave the coffee a 1 star review, and to be fair this is still the case, however, the supplier sent me an email (not because I contacted them but because I left a poor review) explaining that there was a batch of beans that were not roasted properly - They apologised for this and informed me that they were refunding my money - I never expected this or requested this. Initially I wasn't going to use this company again but the apologetic emails (yes, more than one) and the subsequent unexpected refund made me think ' give them another chance and order a different coffee bean from them' WELL, I didn't have to! as the day after I had received my refund they sent me a a full sized product of a different bean they sell in a very pretty presentation bag with an accompanying letter once again apologising for my bad experience.with the coffee beans, I am sitting here editing my initial review while drinking my first cup of the new beans named 'KING HIT - extra strong' and have to admit the two beans are chalk and cheese, really love the replacement beans, yes they are strong, give an ever so slight chocolate taste, very smooth with a pleasant aftertaste. Absolutely outstanding service and will order again, the best customer service I have ever received from a company on Amazon - well done!!! This is a lesson for all other companies with sub standard customer service. They have converted me from someone who wouldn't use them again to someone who will spend more money with them

I stopped drinking coffee for 2 years because of the negative effects; mainly headaches and feeling jittery, after just one cup. Before I stopped, I thought it was the caffeine, so tried decaf, which had the same effect. I thought this might be because I was being served caffeinated coffee anyway when at a coffee shop, so tried it myself at home, and realised that wasn’t it, so in the end I decided to give it up completely. A friend told me about the toxins that exist in a lot of coffee, and that this might be causing the effects, and so I decided to check this coffee out. Importantly first, the taste is excellent, smooth and rich, with a nice kick. Most importantly, no headaches and no jitters, and actually feel great and focussed afterwards. Definitely worth a try and will be ordering this from now on!

a high price but if you love coffee you will find this taste very good

C'est une torréfaction foncée qui sent le brûlé. L'étiquette "sans mycotoxine" est juste collée sur l'étiquette de leur café espresso ordinaire, donc je soupçonne que ces grains ne sont rien de plus que du marketing. Le tableau de leurs "tests" sur le site web ne montre rien sur qui les a testés ou sur les certifications. Je peux faire la même étiquette sur mon ordinateur.
