So far I like this far better than the ear buds I bought to use for music as well as a handsfree headphone. They were horrible will see them at a garage sale. This one however is very nice the fact I can change it from ear to ear with out a lot of hassle I like that. Mainly two things that make this a 5 start is sound quality is good and easy of use answering and disconnecting calls. But my favorite is I can use my iPhone Siri with it to call people hands free or get directions while driving and it comes through loud and clear on the headset. Its light weight so that is nice too. Plus the charge is good for 16 hrs loving that !!! Other ones didn't last 15 minutes and I am totally serious. All in all I would recommend some one who needs a device like this as I am a realtor and need to take calls etc.. when I am in the car. This keeps me in compliance and from getting a ticket for the hands free laws now in effect. Plus my bluetooth in the car is out dated to my iPhone X so sound quality and reception not that good plus you cannot upgrade the cars bluetooth as I found out. Perfect solution to the problem until I get rid of this car lol... Thumbs Up Here !!!

I have had numerous Bluetooth devices over the years and spent a lot of money for them. I have been relatively happy with only a few, but this one blows away all of the others... including some of the much more expensive Motorola units. This is BY FAR the BEST Bluetooth device I have owned. The sound is crystal clear on BOTH ends of the conversation. In the past, my wife has always complained about the noise and crappy audio of most Bluetooth devices, but with this one, she isn't even aware I'm using it. The only issue I had was with how the unit fit my ear, but I was able to resolve that by removing the rubber earpiece and using just the hook over my ear. It greatly improved clarity and volume and gave me a better overall fit. I was definitely NOT expecting this to work this well for the minimal price I paid for it, but I am a VERY satisfied customer!UPDATE: It WAS a great blue tooth but just stopped working for no reason after a few months. No warnings or problems, just went from great to nothing, instantly. Moved on to something more reliable...

Lost my 90$ Jabra thanks to taking a mask off on the way back to my truck and dishonest people cause I immediately turned on the app to locate it and went back but it would not show up on app and was gone. Decided not to spend that much again if I could help it. I read reviews and ordered this one. It is more comfortable than my Jabra and works about the same. Noise canceling is not quite as good but tolerable. I’m a truck driver and need one that can work over the noise. It does the job. For the price I will say yes great deal because if I lose it it doesn’t break my heart or wallet!!! Only complaint is it does not tell ya who is calling it says the number that’s calling.

One dislike is it does not seem to stay very secure in ear. Sounds alright. Defiantly not as good as a higher priced unit. I basically just use it at work so i know if i am getting a text or call. So it will suffice.

Vehicle hands-free operations is critical in my job. How to make a phone call is not in the manual. Took me a minute to learn the mute button is also the call button. The on/off switch button alternatively plays music instead of call Not up to speed on that operation yet. Disinterested. The piece is designed to work through Siri but I use Google Voice to open WAZE and command address to set; i.e., PRESS CALL BUTTON/COMMAND "OPEN WAZE"/COMMAND "103 CEDAR CT." Then press GO on the screen attached to vehicle dash. Problem was incurred with inability to hear map directions through the device - same problem with old device. Problem solved when WAZE was set to play only through phone speaker. I could then hear loud and clear hands free. I can hear my callers clearly through this device. Noise cancellation is fantastic. Old device had static and intermittent slice-outs with noise in and around the vehicle slicing the calls. Difficult to put a sentence together but this device solves that problem. Hope it lasts over a decade, though. That's about how long I had the old device..

I bought this item to work on my phone and computer. Easy to use as the user manual, and the sound is very clear and enough loud. It worked for almost 10 hours, only 2 hours to charge full. And it's comfortable wearing for left or right ear.For this price,This product was much better than I expected, impressed!

I really liked this headset at first. It seemed like good quality for the money. I bought it as a backup set for my work headset, but it became my primary headset when I discovered it was more comfortable and lightweight. Unfortunately, what brought my review down to one star was the fact that it started randomly disconnecting from devices after a year of near-constant use. I've gone back to my old headset which is twice as old and a little more clunky, but still going strong. Very disappointed.

I bought this unit specifically to separate my BT earpiece usage by device, using this exclusively for my laptop! Incidentally my do-it-all other BT device which is paired between by Cellphone and the laptop had started deteriorating faster than normal as virtual work gets more and more intense!Anyway, pairing and integration automation to my laptop was absolutely effortless and the audio is simply INCREDIBLE! The ear hook is one of the best feather-light designs I've seen in a BT unit, which is the reason I plan to buy couple more for backups! Great job guys!!
