Lets be real here. It does what its supposed to do.

It's q good investment for any matress. If you have small children or are still on the stages of training. If there's an accident it will prevent it or for the elderly.Don't dry it in the dryer tumbler too much heat can damage it, preferably air dry or soft setting of air in the dryer.

It is a good mattress protector

I’m happy I got this. While away a few days one or more of my 3 cats decided to use futon in guest room as their potty. The protective cover kept the urine from getting to mattress. It’s not super absorbent but urine didn’t get through. But there was some smell on mattress which I sprayed away with disinfectant spray. I’ve washed cover (with deodorizer additive) but will re wash before putting back on. If I hadn’t put this on I’d be replacing the brand new futon mattress. I’m sure it would be great to keep other liquids from getting to mattress too. My experience probably isn’t common but a good test. And I now know my cat(s) get upset when I leave them more than a day.

I put this on my futon couch/bed because I have a pet that occasionally decides to pee on it. After unfortunately having my pet pee on it again with the cover, I can say there was no damage to the mattress underneath. Clean up was easy just dried any excess liquid and threw it in the washer. Didn't even stain the cover however I was quick to throw it in the washer after it was soiled.I also was able to put this on my futon matress with futon cover on top of it without any issue. It does only cover one side of course, so if you put it on a couch futon like I did, make sure you have the cover side facing the right direction. You do kind of notice the cover's material underneath as its thicker and plastic basically, but I would rather deal with that then ruining my mattress.

Material is super nice. Great quality. Not too tight to stretch around the bed which I love. There is no noise to this cover. It is breathable and not thin. The pockets are nicely sized. I love it.

We got this for our split king mattresses. They came quickly. They felt so soft and really wanted to love them. We have 3 kids a cat and dog. There was an accident on the bed and we were right there when it happened. Took everything off the bed within a minute of it taking place. After getting the stuff in the wash we went to check the bed and it was wet aswell!!!! Very disappointed.
