These are very small. The would be great for kids. I was gettin them as a gag gift for a Christmas party for a bunch of old women who have very tiny feet.

Are these crew socks or ankle socks? why are pictures deliberately misleading?

These socks come up above the ankle. They may make a good gag gift, but as a good wearing sock not so much. The are thin and rather small.
