It's chalk
I'm not good enough to notice the difference in chalk but this transfers to the stick well and it seems fine to play with

White pool cue chalk
This was brought for a friend. He gets a bunch of questions because most have seen white chalk before. He likes them. Says he doesn't have to chalk his pool stick as often.

Buy it. You’ll love it
Love these! Super cute in a high end setting! Blue is so basic. This is statement chalk.

If your a pool shark dont buy
Its very crumbly chalk. Cracking up the sides. Doesnt really cover well. But hey its white! And cheap. Worth for casual players

PURE AND SIMPLE
BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THIS CHALK LEAVES NO UGLY BLUE STAIN ON MY PREMIUM POOL BALLS AND SO I HAVE TO CLEAN THEM LESS AND LESS.

Flakes like crazy!
I had silver cup black chalk and it worked really well. It stays on your tip for a few shots without having to chalk up after every shot, but the white chalk I just purchased is garbage...it doesn’t stay on the tip at all and flakes off onto the felt after your shot. Even just moving the cue stick around makes the chalk come off. Maybe I just have dead chalk because the other silver cup chalk I have purchased worked great I just don’t recommend getting white.
