30g Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder - Natural Food and Beverage Colouring) - Clitoria Ternatea / Anchan

Used for colour-changing cocktails. Works! Had to experiment a bit with the amount. Only needs a tiny sprinkle/layer onto the surface of the drink, to turn it blue. Changes colour with tonic, and maybe a little with citrus/fruits? The texture isn't a fine powder, so if you put too much you can end up with lots of bits clumped to the side of the glass, which isn't very aesthetic (kinda looked strange seeing them float about in fizzy drinks). Didn't really notice the taste as we mixed it with several ingredients in a cocktail. Very fun!

bought as a food colouring in cake making. was expecting bright blue was more grey and had to use whole packet to get pale blue , would have returned but had used it all i a tiny bit of buttercream, dont buy

Brilliant when used to colour sourdough.

It' probably personal taste, but I did not like the product. The colour is vivid but there is residual powder in the finished tea and the taste is not pleasant (or - I did not find it pleasant)

Nothing wrong with the tea but I’m a not a fun of the taste. Also I was hoping for a clear blue colour but this is more like foggy unclean colour so not that impressed... but again personal preference- just not for me.
