I have had great success with simple analog timers in the past. Easy and simple to use with no batteries. After 60 days, one them just quite working. The clock mechanism broke. You can spin the dial and the lights manually come on, but that has no value to me. Of course the return window is only 30 days.and it broke after 60. My other one is in much harsher elements and it is working great. First analog timer I have ever had stop working for me in 45 years.
