Can you make sandwiches the night before and they will stay fresh in the tray?

I use these at work all the time, but only put sandwiches in them on the day they are to be eaten, but they would be fine for a good few hours, any longer and I would place the whole uncut sandwiches on a clean, just damp j-cloth and wrap tightly in cling film, then cut and transfer to the trays on the day, making sure to seal the lids on properly, I hope this helps.

How many sandwiches triangles do you fit on the large platter tray (approx)?

A good 30 in numbers. I catered for 100 and used all 5 up and the sandwiches went. EST way to protect them

Can I just buy the lids please

If never found any supplier that sells only lids

are they freezer safe

Unfortunately not really, there is a large amount of air space around whatever will be on the platter and the top, although fine for sandwiches, is not tight enough fitting to be secure in the freezer, so not suitable in my opinion, hope that helps.
