Has a white light on it, just not a feature I was looking for.
It's ok, but not the desired features for my need. It has a white light under the bug zapping part. For someone who wants the item to be used somewhere that you need the light as well, this is the product that you want. I was looking for a bug zapper that I could leave on all night and not have a white light on. Luckily, I ordered two different brands and styles of this type of product. The Hoont brand light bulb style zapper was the style that I was looking for.

Amazing!
I used to get angry every time I came in through the door at night having to fight off bugs flying at me. This lightbulb changed EVERYTHING! One flick of the switch turns both lights on, two flicks turns just the bug zapping part on. I have recommended this product to every person I know or that even comes over to my house. You can see the regular light bulb part very brightly from a block away. I love it!

Buyer beware.
Instructions in ad is broken English and parts of it do not make sense. I screwed it in and turn the light switch and the buzz zapper light came on. I turn the switch on and off multiple times trying to get the light to turn on with no luck. Box doesn’t come with any instructions. Good lucking buying this. Odds of it working are very low.

Replaced my porch bulbs!
Haven't heard any zapping yet but noticed a difference immediately! I could not leave my porch lights on and come in and out my door without at LEAST 15 bugs swarming around. Only used for two nights so far, but went from 15 to about 2! Would definitely recommend.

Useless
I've had this light plugged in for 4 consecutive days and literally two fruit flies are the only casualties I've found. Ineffective against flies, mosquitoes and other flying insects.

Could be better
Low price so figured I would try it for the garage with mosquitoes. Helps but could work better.

Keeps the bugs away
It is a bright light and doesn't make noise. It took care of the bugs.

It did not work. It did not kill or repell mosquitoes
It had no effect at all on the mosquitos or any insects. I put one in the bedroom & on in the living room & left them on 24\7. It did not kill or repel the mosquitos. My wife had just as many mosquito bites in the following weeks as she had before.
