It works well, but... (now I can fix)
I have residue glue in my car and it is miserable to remove it.I believe the mistake was mostly mine but, the manufacturer could have suggested and it did not. To remove the tabs one should use a hair drier or whatever heating stuff one has around. This glue is very powerful, I really improved the dent. Can't fix it entirely because I want to make sure I can remove the glue. I tried isopropyl, but nothing. So the glue is still there. I used the black glue and that glue is really strong. So, if it improves its direction and tell the user to use a hair drier or something to remove the tabs, I'd give it 5 stars.I really pulled the tab and it does not come of, so people that said the it didn't work, I really don't know what they did.Adding this:As I said, I was impressed with the strength of the glue. It left some residues in the car that were very difficult too removed. Tried a bunch of things and nothing.Then... WD40 to the rescue, it all came out.So spray a bit of WD40 and with a soft cloth remove the excess.By the way, I really believe in the quality of this product, but depending on the dent, it might not be able to remove.

Not Bad..
I had a ding on my car from a shopping cart, a pretty deep on at that. I was oval in shape and whaddaya know, the kit came with an oval shaped suction rod and the exact size of the ding. I'l make this short:it repaired about 85 % of it! I took me 3 tries though. Honestly I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Not bad for a little gadget. Word of caution: I watched a lady use this product on YouTube before I used this and she warned not to stand , or worse yet, sit in front of the bracket as your cranking the suction..because she was right, the first time it flew across my garage about 7-8 feet upon releasing! I went to a local body shop and wanted to charge me $135 ... they won't be seeing my money!

good for small dents
this product was good but every time a dent came out when i released the pressure the dent would go back in. Not sure if maybe the dent i have is too big for this product but it was worth the money. Dent is still on my car :( Also the sticky glue sticks stuff doesn't come off that easily with rubbing alcohol as stated in the packaging. i still have residue on my door panel that hasn't come off. luckily i didn't apply too much of it and it slowly coming off with time. i didn't want to scratch it off with too much pressure so just doing it slowing over time. over all good product but i would recommend for small 4" to about 6" to maybe medium size 6" to 8" dents only. Hope this helps future shoppers :)

Does the job as expected!
Note: The kit does not include a glue gun.The pictures attached show my car before and after. My dent was not too large so I figured this might work to fix it.What I liked: Great tool to fix minor dents in your vehicle and very simply to use. Make sure to apply a generous amount of glue so that it sticks well to the body. You will also need to do it multiple times in different areas, and of course, ensure that the glue is dry before starting to tighten the knob, otherwise it will come off very easily. You want to keep tightening until it "pops" off the body. My dent was not too big so this was a perfect application for it. As you can see in the pictures, the dent is mostly gone. Of course its not perfect as you may still notice it if you know what you're looking for, but it looks much better than before. The bag comes with everything you need except for the glue gun. It has a nice cloth to clean the area along with a spray bottle. You also get glue sticks, the bridge, and various sized studs for different sized dents. It didn't damage the paint at all and the glue came off easily. Finally, the instructions to use it are simply and easy to follow. What I disliked: The included glue sticks were a smaller diameter than my glue gun, but luckily I was able to use my own glue sticks.Overall: This is a quality product that can repair minor dents in your vehicle at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs to repair one in their car.

Worked better than expected upon first impression
So I bought this dent puller kit to remove some small to medium size dents on my car. When the package arrived I was a bit skeptical due to the packaging being so cheap. It came in a plastic ziplock bag. However, everything was there and the kit was very economical. I gave it a try and truly was surprised. The bridge puller, while plastic, worked perfectly. I was able to significantly improve the appearance of several dents on my car and my car is now ready for some bondo work. I was new at doing this so I imagine that I could have improved the dents even more but due to the overall condition of my car,I just needed to decrease the deepness of the dents so I can put a coat of bondo. I was impressed with the strength of the pull tabs and bridge puller. I did about 20 pulls and nothing broke. You have to remember that this is a very basic kit so if you want to do more professional work you will need to buy additional tools and/or a more expensive kit. However, you get your money's worth with this product in my opinion.

Takes technique and patience
Being cheap, I did not buy the hot glue gun and melted the glue in a tray of aluminum foil. I think that was the cause of some of the limitation on my success. Using a hot glue gun will assure that the glue is soft enough to adhere well. You should get a glue gun that fits the size of the glue sticks provided. A normal craft gun may not be appropriate.I tried it on two cars with non-obvious dents. They were the kind of dents that one would not see unless it was pointed out to you. Don't expect to be 100% successful. My first attempt got about 80% of the dent out. The second one was less successful because the dent was more of a crease then a pushed in dent.I think a little piece of paper with some handy hints on where to place the grip pads depending on the kind of dent might be helpful.I am giving the product 5 stars because it provided all the necessary parts to complete the task for a very reasonable price. The rest is up to you, your patience, and your good luck in having a dent that can be popped out.
