I suffer from quite a bit of nervousness it these days. I keep these on my nightstand for those nights when my brain won't turn off. They work for me. I suspect that if you are deficient in potassium, which our body uses a lot of under stressful situations, these will help you too. . I ended up ordering the 30x also. Who would have thought that something as simple as potassium salts could be so helpful? They also help with leg cramps and other things as well. I did not find that these brought relief from the horrendous migraines that plague me every month but from what I understand there are other homeopathic remedies that can and do help.
