Works well.
We used the epoxy on this earn that my husband made for our dog that died. It was easy to mix, easy to use and was an easy clean up. Great product. Will buy again.

A most excellent product
I have used this epoxy system for years. The pumps make correct ratios of hardener to resin easy. Most of my experience has been with the slow hardener. It gives you plenty of time to get your project finished. It's not crystal clear, if you want that then use resins that are designed to give you a transparent finish. West Systems epoxy willl give you outstanding bonding strength and if you need more, just add some of the fillers they sell. THe Microlight Fairing Filler is a great additive for a thickening the resin and works great as a filler for body work. It feathers out every bit as good as Bondo does perphaps better and bonds to a fair-thee-well to whatever you use it on. I can't say enough good about this product. I've used it on everything from high power rockets to body work on cars. It will not disappoint you. I highly recommend it.

This is really good stuff! A little dented in shipping
I got my epoxy kit in in time, the big can was a little dented but it was not leaking. The self metering pumps are awesome and it also came with a very detailed instruction manual of how to use the products. It was my first time using epoxy and now I feel like I can do anything I need to do. When this stuff dries it is solid, if you do it right it is stronger than nails and screws by a long shot

Great product
Great product. No guessing on measuring amounts

Mixing ratio is correct.
S. Bean either did not read, or understand. Kit comes with 1 pump dispenser for resin, which pumps 5 parts with 1 pump, and 1 pump dispenser for the hardener, which pumps 1 part with each pump. One pump of resin and one pump of hardner gives you the 5:1 ratio. In any event, I use it with the slow hardener to get a little longer set up time. If I need something to harden faster, I set up heaters which really speeds up the cure time. Was going to try Total Boat as its cheaper but was happy with the first bundle of West Systems, so I am on my second. Restoring an older Whaler. Would love to try the 422 BARRIER COAT ADDITIVE

The 5 to 1 ratio is incorrect.
I used the product at the seller ratio of 5 to 1. All it did was get stickyI changed the ratio to 1 to 1. Worked like a charm. So if using the 1 to 1 ratio you will run out of hardener before you use the resin. I also tried to look at the sellers questions and answers in the ad. I never found any of them. That may have helped me in the beginning.

Best epoxy on the market
This is hands-down the best epoxy on the market. We used this same product on the East Coast for curved deck handrails that were the elements all year long. Now I use this in my wood shop for custom furniture pieces including dying the epoxy to achieve bright colors or black inlays. The only thing I'd say is don't mix quantities bigger than approximately 8 oz. The stuff flashes quickly and will heat up so much it will melt the container you're using to mix. You can use a propane torch from a distance to pop bubbles on the surface in the first few minutes after you pour it. After that the torch will leave strange marks in the surface of the Finish so stay off it after about 10 minutes of working time.

If you don't know, WestSystems is the best epoxy
They make a wide range of epoxies with various properties, but for all around projects, this is the best. I'm a contractor and I use this constantly. It's better than wood glue for complicated clamping because it has a much longer working time than Titebond. It's not water resistant, it's waterproof. Most people don't realize that paint isn't waterproof, even polyurethane. I mix it with polyester powder or 410 fairing compound to make putty for exteriors applications. I use it on my boat. I use it on my surfboard (although it has no uv blocking). I use it everywhere to fix everything.
