This tandem thing - I’m not sure what it is called is a blessing to us. I have 2 Bichon Frises (half sisters) who have a 6 year age difference. Both dogs are the same size, fit and healthy — and they are leash trained individually and obey voice commands quite well. This dual walker works only because they are the same size, well trained and like each other. These connectors could be disastrous if the dogs had a physical conflict/fight while attached.I think they do occasionally jerk the other one mid-poop just to be an annoying sister Lol but it did not take a lot of training to get them used to it.I’m really glad I tried this thing. It’s a blessing to me to only hold one leash and they don’t get tangled with this. I hope other people find success with this too.

I used them last night after we got them. It was a nightmare they kept tangeling up , no matter how I tried working them. I have 4 dogs and I had 2 on each side. They all kept getting traveled up in them... I use harnesses and that might be why I'm not sure but it was a mess.

I have two well trained French bulldog mixed babies, and a rowdy,no listening, honeybadger puppy. We couldn't enjoy walks because honeybadger...well, was being a honeybadger. My hope was that being tandom to the other dogs would encourage him to walk. Wow! Gamechanger! The lead isn't too long or too short. It allows room for them to walk comfortably without banging into each other but also slim enough to only take up our side of the road. I walked them yesterday with a light grip on one leash for a mile with no issues. Highly recommend.

I bought this to walk both yorkies and give them enough distance from each other so they don’t pee on each other but it’s easy to use and works

This seller has faffed me about for over 2 months, using every excuse via their email so called customerService to put me off, delay me speaking with Amazon,etc. the item has never arrived, delivery date was extended initially for another 4 weeks and despite my protests and attempts to cancel because this was too long to wait for a simple dog lead they just payed the gramophone record about in the post. When I looked at all their customer reviews it was plain that most stuff is coming in from China and a lot of it seems to go Missing in transit. Whether the operate on a " hope as its for small amounts the customer won't bother about or will eventually forget about " and that's how they make there profits I don't know, but CS is abysmal and there is no tracking info given.Would not touch them or any of their products with a barge pole again. Now have to waste another slice of life emailing Amazon to get my money back - would encourage anyone who is being similarly faffed around not to give up or forget but to speak with Amazon. This seller is the worst. Another funny thing, the lead has now been posted at twice its original price, £ 37 now! So they obviously don't want no one else to order one at that vastly inflated and ridiculous cost - why don they just come clean and say sorry can't fulfil order from the start when they know their foreign workshop can't produce for ages, or as in my case never.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I bought the 4 inch version but wish it came in a 2 inch with smaller clips.I foster dogs and with the small chihuahuas they can slip out of a harness easier then some of the bigger dogs when they are scared. With foster dogs we are supposed to use both a slip lead around the neck and another leash on the collar or harness. But I find it to be annoying when walking juggling the 2 leashes. This 2 clip gizmo allows me to attach it to both her collar and harness while only carrying 1 leash!!Very sturdy and well made! I did cut it to swap the clip for a lightweight carabiner to meet my needs but would definitely buy again!!!! Easy to cut and sew and still very sturdy!

After seeing the description that this is "designed for large dogs" I was disappointed what I received the product. I should have paid more attention to the sizing and other comments. I have 2 60lbs Labs. PLEASE Note - This is a 5/8" lead and associated size of clips. I would say that these are only appropriate for dogs that are about 10lbs to 30lbs in size. It is the size we used on our dogs when they were puppies. I would look for a product that is 1" wide straps for larger dogs.Also when determining length, you should measure your dog. I got the 24" length which is exactly the length from the collar to the tail of the dog which means the connection keeps getting trapped under their tails. Lastly - remember that this adds 2" to your existing lead so you may want to buy a shorter lead.

We use this for our dog who is prone to slipping his collar and running off. He now wears a harness and a collar, attached with this splitter. We attach his leach to the O ring on the splitter. Peace of mind and now he can't slip out of anything without a back-up in place.

I bought this mainly to attach two collars together because my dog has an oddly shaped neck and head. This allows a little bit of a safety net just in case the first collar slips out. It's a tad long and I wish they had a shorter version but it works well enough.
