I'm a big fan of Karma Sauce's middle lines - Carnival is liquid gold. I wanted to go for a mild but flavorful sauce, but this sauce just didn't pack enough flavor for how mild it is. I honestly felt like I was eating a thinner, curry variation of harissa sauce.Which, if that's what you want, great. Love this sauce...have ordered twice already. I make lots of Indian food at home, and this is a perfect addition to my curries. I also love making curry chicken pizza at home, and this sauce is so yummy on top. It's a nice mild sauce with a warm curry flavor. Will be ordering again when we run out.

I've been on the search for a good curry-flavored hot sauce since one of my favorites disappeared from the face of the Earth. Curry Karma, while not *bad*, is pretty bland. Not only does it have very little curry flavor, it has almost no flavor at all. And there's just a hint of heat, but that was expected from the medium heat level.So, if you're looking for something with a bold curry flavor (or any kind of flavor), this ain't it.
