Good Quality
Excellent Blades and i am very fussy with quality of blades. I have now bought 8 or 10 and it is fast becoming my go to gift for friends who always seem to have lousy knives when i am in their kitchens. Extremely sharp and so far holding edge well.

Stains rust on the blade after wash, especially in dishwasher

Went blunt after cutting 6KG of limes
When this knife arrived it was excited and impressed at how easily it glided through limes. We are a bar business and need to cut 1000’s of limes. However, within 3 uses it went blunt but I was over my 28 days for a refund so I purchased another with the hope it was a one off. Unfortunately not. That’s gone blunt too after cutting just 6KG of limes and for a professional kitchen knife that’s not good.

Knife Blade Arrived Stained
Odd staining all over the blade that won't wash off. I can't tell if it came out of the Hygiplas factory like this, or if it was an Amazon return that has been sent back out. Either way, it's not something I'd be comfortable using on food.
