El embalaje y la calidad del producto son excelente. El control remoto es muy practico.Estoy muy feliz con el ventilador. Lo único que tuve que modificar fue el sistema de montaje es muy práctico pero diferente a los normales. Deberían incluir en las fotos de la presentación del producto una foto del sistema de montaje para que el cliente organice la parte del montaje en su casa. Pero no es nada que no se pueda organizar.

The installation is a bit tricky given the limited space to work with but it is doable with patience. This fan has variable nature mode to simulate a breeze. The light is fairly bright and a bit different than most fans but I like it. Cleanest looking fane design for the cost. Tip. When putting on the light kit.. make sure you screw it on even but not too tight to restrict the fans movement. It has to be even to ensure light cover is even when putting it on. Fan is quiet and compact.. modern looking

I hate installing fans. This one was easy once I figured out the correct order, which wasn’t clear. When actually hanging the main part of the fan, you first slide it over and into the c shaped part of the ceiling bracket. Then the remote receiver slides over it, but make sure you have it positioned to slide in from the non wire side as it’s a very tight fit and any wires on the side of the receiver will prevent it sliding in. Once up the fan itself looks nice, works great and love the extra speed options.

I'm adequately satisfied by this fan and thus far it has been reliable. I utilized an additional online video (from a source unrelated to the fan's manufacturer) to clarify the installation process and was frustrated as a novice DIYer with how challenging it is to get all the wires to fit inside the provided space... but this fan functions very well. The quality appears good; it's quiet; the remote and all related features (dimming, speed, etc.) work wonderfully. I would purchase again if needed.

I just finished installing this ceiling fan. It was very helpful on some reviews that said to assemble the fan, light, and wire the remote before climbing the ladder. The problem I had when I turned the power on, the fan worked, but the remote did not, so it was 1 speed. I took ceiling canopy down (with power off) and checked all my wires, including the light wires. Then reset the remote and got the fan buttons to work but not the light. I then called Honeywell support. Very nice person, told me to open remote, turn power off, then on, then within 30 seconds hold the button in the battery compartment for 5 seconds, and to keep doing that until the indicator light flashes, then it all worked. But the remote is very cheap and you sometimes have to push it several times to get it to work.WARNING: when putting the canopy back up on the ceiling the one tiny screw that has to be removed and put back in Ito secure to the bracket is hard to get in. I dropped it several times and the 2nd time it fell right into the vent holes on the top of the fan! I had to take the whole thing down and with a magnet fish out this screw. Then put everything back together. So cover those holes when putting that screw in.The fan is very quiet. It does wobble a lot on high speed though, but slow and medium works fine.

I got 5 of these for my new house. They have a nice looking/finish. When installed; 2 of them were malfunctioning due to poor connectivity between remote and receptor which ends up in wrong or ineffective response. Followed all the troubleshooting and had a technician came to see if there was something wrong but everything was ok. Then, Called customer support third company (Amazon didn’t want it to take them back and Honeywell puts you in contact with a third party vendor) and had to prove them they were malfunctioning. Their fix? They send new remotes and new receptor; however only received one so I’m reaching out back again. And have to pay more for the technician coming down to install, check, check again and not put it down and install a new one…Today another one broke down so that is 3 out of five either broken or malfunctioning in less than 4 month… that is what I call the crappiest ceiling fan in the entire universe. Please stay away; Honeywell is not a good company and is not responsible with the warranty nor customer service. You are warned.

Love the look of this ceiling fan. The performance and lighting changes it does is great. Barely hear the noise and great airflow. The remote has speed control and light control which we love.
