Great seeds!
Planted them in early spring and they are growing well. Looking great and so much easier to maintain than the grass I removed! Very pleased with the results!

Nice
It's spreading nicely. Just need to keep it watered for about 5 mins a day in 100 degree heat

Sprouted in 5-7 days
I planted this dichondra where old withered grout joints had been in a flagstone walkway. Enriched the soil just a bit before planting. Watered twice a day for the first 2 weeks. Sprouted in less than a week, and is very healthy. The blue coating on the seeds comes off on wet hands when planting, but that is no big deal. I think the ad says the blue coating is something that makes you not have to soak the seeds before planting. I did not soak, and didn't have any issues. Dichondra is beautiful!

Sprouted pretty quick in Southern California during this summer (5-7 days) ...
Sprouted pretty quick in Southern California during this summer (5-7 days) and growing nicely after 2 weeks, but only about half of them sprouted. Followed planting directions I have been watering plenty enough so not sure what the issue is or if that is normal. Kind of disappointing - Got better results in another area of my yard from off the shelf Dichondra from Home Depot.

Carpet of green - no mowing needed so far
Very pleased with this as a ground cover. Established itself well during first few months. I have only had small patches in my yard for 1 year. Don't know if plants will grow taller or become invasive. No need to fuss over this plant - just sow, keep decently watered, and let it be.Trying to replace the grasses in my yard with hardy ground covers to minimize need for mowing and triggering allergies. I like the look of carpeted green creeping plants much better than lawn grass.

Works in Shade, Clay Soil, Drought, and Under Texas Live Oaks
What do you plant when you have no light, clay soil, rampant Live Oak, drought, played out soil and 90+ temperatures? This.To prep, you've got to have someone till the soil to about six inches. You'll have to water the beginning seedlings twice a day, for fifteen minutes at a time. (I tried this in tilled and untilled soil. Both sets of plants sprouted, but only those in broken up clay lived.)When the plants are more established, after two weeks, you can water once a day for fifteen minutes. This will grow where nothing else will.

2/3 sprouted
It's too cold for me to plant these seeds outside now, so I decided to test using an Aerogarden and peat pellets. As you can see about 2/3 of them did sprout.

Coming in nicely!
The seeds are working great for me in very poor conditions with barely any soil, so I'm a happy customer! Only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is that the seeds are just coming up now so I can't review how the plants will work when fully grown, etc., but will revise my review in a couple of months. Here's a tip: don't use too many seeds in the same area as more is not better with these.
