Unfortunately the product was made out of very cheap material. Second time using it and the rubber already broke and now I can no longer use it. Not worth it at all!

I got this exercise equipment last week. Its more than I expected. Would recommend to anyone that is searching for an inexpensive exercise equipment that can perform more than one task.

I didn't even have this product that long I also didn't barely use it but when I first took it out the box it was already seemingly cheaply made I had to immediately keep adjusting the left wheel finally I guess I did one good thrust wasn't even the same day and that left wheel flew right off I reached out to the seller and they tried to tell me to return it to get a refund it's broken I'm not spending time and money to go to UPS to return a broken item for the refund I just want the refund the item is broken and I didn't even have it that long. It's cheaply made I don't know how people enjoyed it it's not a good product and their service is terrible for that.

I have used this every day for a month and it has helped me gain more muscle mass stay active and even has helped with my overall mental health

It was fine until the wheel came off when I was using it.after that I have a fear that the bands will snap on me and whip back and strike me in my face.😞

It's funny there are numerous companies selling a similar if not exactly the same product as this one. The possitve difference with this one so far has been it's durabulity. As you can see from the ad photos there are a ton of upper and lower body exercises you can do with this and there are. It is ready to go once you take it out of the box, if you want more resistance, you can adjust it underneath the stand. This is a worthy addition to any quarantine home gym as well as just about anywhere as you can see from my photos it is very portable and comes with a bag

There was no bag or instructions as per the inclusion on the box. You can’t find easily instructions on how to use it especially for the abs.
