I have burning feet syndrome will this actually cool them , and how long would ot last

Use it when your feet are too hot or itchy. You can use it as often as you like and it will help. Try other things like elevating your feet, open shoes, drinking more water. Mine disappeared when I lost weight but in the meantime this will help

Do i leave this onmy feet overnight or wash it off?

Leave it on. It will soak in. If your feet need it you can also use it in the morning and leave it on all day. Body shop also supply a peppermint foot scrub that you wash off
