Last 15 days I used this machine in my clinic and its working fine.Main thing it that its price is very low than other brand. Most of people can purchase at low budget .It is very effective in inflammatory pain as in OA knee ,lumber pain ,cervical spondylosis etc.. .Pain may ameliorated without any painkiller through this machine. Medgear Customer care is very helpful .I face a problem within 7 days of receiving product and I call them ,they instantly agree to replace a new machine but fortunately my problem is solved in next day automatically and I call them that there is no need to replace, CUSTOMER CARE assure me no need to worry .....if I face any problem within two years they will replace it.Thanks to Amazon and Medgear.

I, YSVS Kishore from Hyderabad have been using this since 2019, after purchasing g from Amazon. Excellantly working even today and saved thousands of rupees on expenditureof physio therapy. Minor problems after 3 years but timely advised and rectified by supplier I.e.Medgears. Purchased for shoulder pains of my one of the family members. Later it has been used by all my family members and found very handy to use and all are highly satisfied. We had 2 other products of different use which were also working very nicely.

Poor quality of the product... initially delivered product was not working... replacement was done which has the hand probe broken.

intensity display was not working i got it fixed from local service person. power supply connector was not soldered properly

The product is good. I have purchased it for my home usage. This product is great and provides good pain relief. Ultrasound is often used to provide deep heating to soft tissue structures in the body. Deep heating tendons, muscles or ligaments increases circulation to those tissues, which is thought to help the healing process. Increasing tissue temperature with ultrasound is also used to help decrease pain. Tens is in treating muscle spasms and pain. It can help prevent atrophy. It is also helpful in keeping muscles active. This Ultrasonic and Tens Machine relax the stiff muscles/ spasm. If you are looking to buy this or not. I suggest blindly go for this as it is one of the best available in its category at a reasonable price.

My observation is that manufacturer although has given warranty of one year, but they should produce such equipments products with zero defects, as everyone aspires for imported products. Since customers are committed to quality of the product. It is expected that such consideration should be given while producing the products.
