Metal Gua Sha for pain relief
I have this in my bag wherever I go. I also have one where I sit at home when watching TV.. I have neck pain forearm pain and I use my Gua Sha wherever I go. I love them. I’ve bought the stone ones but they broke so I only use the metal ones now

easy to hold, should butter toast pretty well too
when i first got into grastan/gua sha, this was the tool i saw in a youtube video, but i never bought one, instead i ended up with a number of french curve type shapes. my thought was, more curves the better, it would be best to have an all in one tool.but as i found out, it doesn't work that way, the multi tool type is very hard to hold. either one end is too thin, or its too pointy. You can't get a grip on it, can't put pressure on it.but this one you can, its a simple butter spreader shape (i have their other one that looks sort of like a banana or a large biscotti), but i think this has more uses. its a lot easier to hold than other devices, and has quite a few curves. it works pretty well on the arms (doing it on myself), its not bad on feet, just ok on necks.the edges aren't as razor sharp as other models i've gotten. and its small enough to carry with you on a plane.. though i would still pack it up in normal luggage, due to crazy TSA rules.

Great tool for small places around ankle and feet too.
I purchased this tool to get around small areas on my feet when a small lacrosse ball or anything else won't hit the spot. I like that I'm able to control it much better than a ball and it's so small that I can get very precise around my ankle, bottom of my feet and top of foot too. I can apply the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the aches and pains from long 8-20 mile hikes. wish I had this tool when use to run!I highly recommend using olive oil or coconut oil when using this on your skin. You don't want to use something that absorbs into your skin. Oh and I use it in the shower to trigger when my arms, adductors and calves when my muscles are nice and warm.

Great product.
I purchased this one because the picture showed an instructional book with it. It didn’t come with one, after receiving I read it is an e video which is disappointing, but my fault for not reading.Otherwise, the product is extremely sturdy and heavy. It’s a great tool and probably comparable to medical grade products.I had plantar fasciitis surgery and I developed a ton of scar tissue after the surgery, so my chiropractor recommended this to help break up the scar tissue. It has definitely helped break up some of it. It would work better if I pushed harder, just something I have to build myself up to.

Well made and easy to use
I didn't know what to expect since I have never used a muscle scraper before. An acupuncturist has used one on my upper back and neck and it is so helpful! My tight muscles relax and I feel so much better! I won't be able to use this on my back but I will use it on my neck, shoulders, and even on my legs to release the trigger points and the tightness. This is a very sturdy, somewhat heavy and very smooth muscle scraper. I think I will be able to use this for years to come.

Great tool for IASTM
If you're looking for a cheap tool for use with IASTM or Graston techniques this is a good place to start. Just got it today, but it looks like it's well made. I'm a chiropractor, not a massage therapist, but I still do quite a bit of soft tissue work and have been wanting to get a tool, but didn't want to pay upward of $50. This is the basic tool, but I think it will work perfectly. For the price - I heartily recommend it.

Good quality affordable option for IASTM work
These scrapers have nice edges. Great quality for the money. Usually stainless steel scraping tools for IASTM work cost a fortune. It’s good to find an affordable option. I have the other shaped scraper (boomerang looking) from this seller too and recommend that one as well. I don’t use the finger nail clipper as I already have a lot of those which are of much higher quality. They seem decent. Thinking about throwing one in my crocheting bag to use as a yarn cutter.
