Just get clock you will love the projector
There is a lot of inaccurate information here in these reviews…the projection is razor sharp focus, and bright, even better than the Sony cube. It helps if you normally have glasses, with this one you will still see it sharp! It DOES, flip over at 0, or. 45: or 90 , 180, and back so it flips over and it elevates. And BOTH the projector and the clock face have FIVE levels of dimming and also they have off. And finally the projector is always on, (if you want it on always) so it’s great as with the Sony you have to turn on the projector every night. Also the batteries work well and if needed run the entire clock, but comes with a wall plug in. 🤩I have tried many of these and this is the best clock…highly recommend. Colon does flash…but doesn’t bother me.

Alright. Not Bad. Could be Better.
Pretty good. I like that you can rotate the projection 90 degrees and I like that the clock display dims. My other clock allows you to fine tune the angle of the projection, which is much more useful. If I was still shopping for one I’d look for one that does that. This one has no focus either, so if your ceilings are more than 10ft I can see you possibly having issues. All in all not too bad, but you have little choice about the placement of the projection without being able to fine tune it.

Perfect - love it! Great little clock!
I love everything about this little clock. The projector time is large and easy to read. The projector has four levels of brightness and off. It is intended for use in subdued ambient lighting, which is how I use it.The clock display has four levels of brightness and off. Plenty bright enough for any lighting condition. It has a progressive alarm. That is to say it starts beeping once pause once pause. Then it progresses to two beeps pause 2 beeps pause, etc. It has a nap alarm that you can set up one time and then it's one button to set after that. The colors look great. Controls are simple and it's easy to set. Folks that were complaining about not being able to figure it out either didn't look on the back of the clock where the instructions are plainly printed or didn't read the little pamphlet that came with it.This is also the only clock that I've ever owned that the battery backup was worth a rip. We lost power for 10 hours and when the power came back on this clock was spot-on. All the other battery backed up clocks I've owned over the years would gain a lot of time on battery. In fact, during the same 10-hour outage, the other clock I have in my bedroom was 20 or 25 minutes ahead. The only thing I didn't love about it is it slides around rather easily because it is so lightweight. I added two little tiny rubber stick-on feet to the front to fix that.I absolutely would buy this clock again. It's the very best design I've ever owned.

We LOVE IT!!!!
LOVE the time on the ceiling! Clock is nice too. And I got it so cheap. Macy's wanted $70 for the same one. I definitely recommend. Note-I have not tried the alarm so I don't know about that.

Clock face unreadable unless tilted
I did purchase used so I don’t know if that has anything to do with my issue; but the clock display is pretty much unreadable unless the clock is tilted downward. At tht point I can make out the time; but the rest of the display especially day/date still unreadable.. unless I’m literally w/n just a few feet away. Our bedroom is small so it’s not as though it’s way across a large room. The projection display is fine; and I love how it can be rotated 360d; with some; the clock face has to be facing away from you or the projection is backwards. Was very easy; straightforward to set. This clock replaced one I’d only had for about 4 months tht took me; my husband and the directions to figure out.I’m not returning it because I just feel like it would be hit or miss w yet another one (which would be my 3rd) I’m frustrated at this point; but again the projection display is wonderful. Very clear; w crisp numbers.

Should Have Got One Sooner
This clock is GREAT! For my "million" years of age, I've been rolling around in bed and then have to sit up to see what time it is. Now, I can open just one eye and see the time on the ceiling. This not only proves I'm especially lazy but that I am also easily enthralled.I am very pleased with this clock. It is rather small but since I only primarily use it to view the "projected" time on the ceiling, it works very well for me. It allows you to adjust the brightness of BOTH the clock display AND the brightness of the projected time on the ceiling. You may also adjust the orientation of the projected time display too. After some experimentation, I easily got it set up to perfectly suit my preferences and it keeps perfect time too. I do not use the charging port or the alarm but would assume they work well too for those that may also like those features. Now I do admit that it does NOT take much to please me but this little clock does do that. I really like mine and would recommend it.It is like I said above, "I should have got one sooner".

Disappointed
I went on Amazon in search for an alarm clock that projects the time on the wall. After searching for about 30 minutes, I ended up deciding on this one. The low price is what won my decision, and I regret making this decision. The specific feature I was after when shopping alarm clocks was the projector feature, and this alarm clock IS NOT the clock you want if that's what you're looking for. Yes it does project the time on the wall but the brightness is garbage. The room literally needs to be pitch black in order for the time to be seen. (and that's on the brightest mode) If I have my little night light plugged in, forget it, I can't see the time at all. Unless the clock is about 5 feet from the floor and pointed straight up at the ceiling, then I can see it. (that's @3 feet from the ceiling) All the other features work fine.
