This 12" long slender, tubular light fits perfectly along the top of my bathroom mirror, which is on the front of the medicine chest. It is going to be very helpful extra lighting for when I apply makeup. It also would be a great help in a power outage, whether you leave it where it is, to light that room, or just slip it easily out of its plastic brackets (that hold it, which are attached to the suction cups that hold it onto the mirror), and carry it around with you rather like a light wand. It is very lightweight! It has one flat plastic piece attached to it, so that if you do sit it down somewhere, out of its bracket holders, it won't roll around and perhaps fall from that. One thing that I think needs more explanation regarding its (easy!) assembly: The FIRST thing you NEED to so with it is to take the slender silver metal pin that comes with it, place the tip of that into the ONE small hole on one end of it, and gently insert that just far enough into that hole to feel a slight resistance, and kind of a 'bounce back' when it hits that spot. That is how you activate the light to initially start it working (mine worked, then, right away, without needing to be charged at first to work). So, if your light isn't lighting up, it likely isn't broken; you probably didn't push that pin quite deeply enough into the hole to activate it, although that point is not very deep into the hole. Also, getting the plastic brackets into the suction cups takes a bit of pushing and patience, but that is because they fit snugly once assembled together to hold your light very securely, which is important. This product provides good lighting for putting on makeup and is easy to install on mirror. I like it because you can move it around or take it with you on trips. Great product for the price.

It was easy to install but thats not why I bought it. I bought it for the brightness. But it's not bright at all!!!!!!

Doesn’t hold a charge very long. Using at my salon station mirror and the power goes in a couple hours on a full charge. Disappointed. Wanted them to be longer lasting. Otherwise, very bright and easy installation and touch mode work great. A bit shoddy on the making—one end cap is loose when plugging in. Excellent accessories and easy USB charge.

I put this little rechargeable light bar on the top of my vanity mirror using the suction cups and viola now I can see in my mirror,problem I've had forever finally solved. Versatile little light u can place is 3 different way, suction cups, sticky tape or little metal ring on one end so u can hang it like long ways like u would hold a lantern except it's a tube. all of this is included with it so it's ur choice and the suction cups are strong. Just take the pin n stick it in the hole to activate it first then charge it till the red light goes off put it up where u want and ur good!! I would buy 10 more of these they're awesome. 3 light settings too.

Isn't very bright, needs frequent charging. Considering returning

One measley, anemic ceiling bathroom light in my ancient house meant the shadow demon living in there, which always demanded a sacrifice of makeup and nose hair clippings could flourish unchallenged.Installing another, better light isn't an option, and there's no plug close to the sink.In despair, I ordered this, praying for a miracle.After charging it, imagine my shock when sticking it to the mirror over the sink and turning it on completely drove away the shadows!I...I could actually SEE! I could apply a TINY bit of makeup and have it look decent! I could--oh, cr*p, I really need to pluck those (*&^% chin hairs! DANNNNNG!*runs for tweezers, gets weedwacker and duct-tape*Whew.Money well-spent!
