I installed the 4 camera system early SeptemberNice quality camera's with all the leads,plugs and fixings requiredYou will need a hard drive to install into the receiver as well as a suitable tv or monitor to complete the set upAs mentioned in other reviews you will need to connect the supplied plug with each camera to an electrical socketI tested each camera by using extension leads to the required location of where I wanted to install them before committing to the reqired wiring for themAll of the cameras connected to the receiving unit with no problems with 2 of them approximately 50 mtrs away ,nice clear pictures from them day and nightThe receiving box is hard wired to my wifi via a 10 mtr ethernet cable I purchased separatelyThe phone app could be improved however it does work fine on my systemPlenty of settings to adjust sensitivity, alarms ,floodlights, timings etc however I would suggest you play around with the system once set up to get it how you want itUp and running for approximately 4 weeks with no issues as yetOverall a nice system for the money

although it was in the description of having no HDD drive , I missed that as my old one came with and is still working after 5 years. I tried contacting the company to see what was the best HDD I could get, but never had a reply from them. Fitted Crucial BX500 1TB SSD drive , fitting was easy and silent operation. If my old HDD breaks down I will replace with the new SSD Dive because it is quieter.

I have never really written a review on amazon before....but I thought I should for this product.Arrived today and was so easy to set up....I literally just put a hard drive in the NVR (the main control box)..plugged it in and into the TV (would've liked a HDMI lead in the box but no big deal).Once it loaded, I thought, ok plug each camera in with power and then I'm going to have to go through each one and set it all up and attach to the control box....nope! just powered the cameras on and within a few seconds they appeared on the screen...really didn't expect that.CAmeras are solid and well made.....box comes with everything you need (minus HDMI and hard drive...luckily I had both).Within a few minutes I had set up email alerts, downloaded the app on my phone...tested the microphones, tested the spotlights...renamed the cameras on the screen etc....so so easy.I was going to spend almost 700 on ARlo wifi cameras and I'm so glad I didn't....this has everything and more!As 2 of the cameras have mics and speakers and spotlights built in, I can use the one I'm putting at the front of the house as a security light and to talk to people who ring the bell if I want to.App is really good too...easy to use and to playback previous recordings...same as the main control box, which for playback, shows when the PIR sensors pick up movement etc...so you don't have to guess where to find the footage.Now my downfall is DIY, so I expect when I try and put these up at the weekend, I will have some issues, but that's just my useless DIY skills...luckily I have holes in the walls through for my cable and satellite so I'm hoping i can feed the power cables through there.One thing....I will probably buy the extra long power cable extension leads...one comes in the box, but that's not enough...I expect I will need all the cameras to have one.I was originally looking for security lights, ring doorbell and a CCTV system like Nest or Arlo....this ticks all those boxes and is so so so much cheaper....sure its not a brand you would've heard of, but the quality and the ease of use blew me away.UPDATEcan't have the bullet cams facing full left due to antenna being in the way. Disappointed with this. The camera with motion sensor doesn't have this issue as the antenna has more movable joints . This has kinda made the 2 bullet cams useless as I can't get them to face the way I want. Will have to send the system backUpdate 2Used the other antennae that came with it to solve the problem with the left side camera so all good and very happy with purchase

Firstly the extension power cable I ordered (5M) is only 3m! Mind you, after remeasuring, even a 5m would sill be too short to run along my bungalow to the garage so I don't know what I am going to do.I am only able to connect only two cameras but only one 'pairs' with the NVR, the 2nd camera is 'camera only' and does not have a 'reset' button which means apparently I have to take it down then bring it to the NVR and connect by an ethranet cable before putting it back up. Only problem with this is I will have to pay a guy to come, take it down and then put it back again and still will not know if it will work with just the 2 out of 4 cameras set up.When ordering, ok, so probably my fault, but I thought I could watch the camera on my laptop but this model you can't as the customer service lady said it is because a laptop has a hard drive and so does the NVR so can only be used on a monitor or phone. So additionally had to buy an HDMI cable and a monitor - and still no further forward!!!The customer service lady did not understand when I asked her how to 'pair' a camera without a reset button without removing it from where it had been installed and to the question if I can only set it up with 2 cameras to start with. She suggested I email in for further assistance.I need the cameras working as am fearful that my intruder may come back but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. When I did get one camera visible on my phone I am unable to follow the instructions in the manual or quick set up guide on my phone as the menus as cannot see the same menu or screen shots so cannot leave it switched on without disarming the alarm so the 1 working camera remains off.Q - where do I get x2 white 10 - 15m power cables?Q - how do you 'pair' a camera which does not have a reset button without taking it back off the wall?Q - can I set up the system just using 2 cameras instead of the 4 and if I can do I set them up as 'single' camera or 'whole set'???Q - can I really not have used my laptop?Addition: I emailed for assistance but have not heard a peep! I also cannot now see the original one camera as the log in page does not accept my password - despite me changing it 11 times via the system after receivning the txt codes and then apparently the system does not recognise me even though it has sent messages to my phone and email but I cannot reregister as the system confirms I am already registered. I have asked the company how I can de register to set up again but no response...……….so I have a lot of equipment but cannot see diddly squat! I am hoping my intruder comes back so I can throw the lot at him!Post purchase update - I have reviewed my rating to 5 stars as the customer service is truly exceptional. Blue and Dexim have been so helpful resolving my various problems.I would still say the system is too technical for me but will keep trying. The picture quality is very clear although there is a slight time delay when changing from standby to light on at night time (any burglars reading this please walk slowly up to and away from my house and smile sweetly :) )Do make sure you read all the info re this set as in my haste and after reading so many reviews I got muddled. FYI it cannot be viewed on a PC, does not come with an HDMI cable to connect up NVR to a TV or monitor, only has short electric power cables from the cameras - so extensions are required, no hard drive to record onto and the signal is intermittent when going through walls - all rectifiable though.
