Mice were getting into the house, and occasionally a rat would set up a nest under the deck that houses a hot tub. So I used this to reinforce some steel wool I stuffed along the foundation, and I pressed this into a gap between the deck and and a retaining wall it abuts. I have not noticed any rats (or mice) after several months. It will eventually oxidize, so don’t expect it to maintain the shiny copper color.

Buy from a reputable wildlife control supplier, this stuff is not true copper mesh and will not work for wildlife exclusions which was my intended use.

Cuts easily and doesn't rust.Stuff all holes and cracks, the sharp edges keep mice from trying to remove it.Great for keeping mice out

Product arrived promptly. It’s a little more loosely woven than another brand that I bought in the past but I’m assuming it will do the job if packed tightly enough. We’ll see........

What’s to say. It’s dose it’s job and is easy to work with. I replace mine every couple years and I always choose this one.

I LOVE this stuff!My green house a snail issue. They would help themselves to my seedings. The copper mesh is easy to use, affordable and most of all effective! The roll will last me for years.Was shipped promptly.

I bought this product specifically to control slugs and found it next to useless for this purpose. I encircled my vulnerable plants with the product and the slugs slid right over it leaving their slime trails in the mesh, and the plants destroyed. I live in an area where slugs of all sizes thrive in profusion, so perhaps in other areas where slugs are less daunting, customers might have more success. I can't comment on how well the product performs for other functions. It was easy to cut and there is a good quantity on a roll.

The media could not be loaded.  Use this to cover up weep holes around our brick home. Still can breathe and allow moisture but keeps bugs, insects OUT! Happy with my purchase. See video of what I did. It’s easy!

Great product for filling holes to stop little animals getting in the house. Very happy with this copper mesh. I cut it easily with scissors, then packed it in holes in the brickwork with a screwdriver. Ideal for this purpose because it doesn’t rust. Stopped mice from running in the walls!

In my eagerness to block all potential mouse access points I placed copper mesh behind/between aluminum garage door trim & cement. The aluminum disintegrated due to the metal interaction--think "battery"! So be aware of the potential unintended consequences of mesh placement.

Finer mesh than I envisioned, but the fine mesh was very malleable, which worked well in the smaller mouse sized gaps between brick and aluminum siding. 100ft goes quickly on a contractor standard cookie cutter house construction (not the highest quality of construction), so I recommend the 100ft over the 20ft coils any day. I have about 1/3 of the roll left but have no doubt I'll fine more gaps in the spring. Am glad to have some extra on-hand.
