I always carry some sort of blade. With a good knife and proper cloths I could get dropped into the middle of a forest and be ok.... or atleast as ok as someone that was just forcibly relocated can be.That being said in most places a good survival knife is looked down upon when walking around town. My compromise has been to carry an Esee Izula on my belt as an EDC. With enough patience and time you could cut a tree down with that tiny knife. Its a nearly indestructible beast.This knife is not like that. This knife is what I would expect an evil surgeon to carry whilst doing evil surgeon things. Its invisible when clipped onto the top of your pant waist and with practice it can be unsheathed very quickly.You could not cut down a tree with this knife. It would not excel in helping you build a fire. Its tip would break and blade would bend trying to pry open anything sturdier than printer drawer. However, if you needed to defend yourself, and you remember to go after the squishy parts, this nasty little thing would certainly get the job done.

Small enough for EDC but big enough for everyday use like zip ties and opening boxes.

I have many knives. This is the one knife that actually scares me. The tip is exactly like a hypodermic needle. Throw this in your waist band and walk with confidence (with training)

Very sharp out of the box. Not sure what another reviewer was talking about. This isn’t an EDC knife that cuts paper, it cuts flesh. There are demo videos on YouTube regarding that. Good retention clip.
