Always Have At Least 3
I love Indian food. This is the perfect condiment. I use it mostly on Samosas but also in other dishes to add that pop I crave.

Delicious
Mash it with avocado and spread Dave's Killer Bread and it is very good. I also add it to my lentils brown recipe and it adds a good flavor.

The. BEST.
I really put this stuff on almost everything. Fab roasted garlic flavor, not too spicy. Great in egg salad and smothered on any kind of sandwich. Buy some today.

Trader Joe has nothin’ on this!
Honestly, I bought these just to support a small business after reading the news about Trader Joe’s “stealing” their concept.I’d never heard of achaar before, but am a big fan of Indian pickles. It’s my understanding that these were developed to appeal to a wider audience and, thus, aren’t quite as “aggressive” as what I’m used to.That said, these are wonderful, versatile sauces/dips/condiments, and I’m so glad I found them! The roasted garlic is deep with flavor, mild and rich. The tomato is sharp, with a bit of heat. I am inclined to add a ton of salt to the tomato (a la classic Indian pickles), but the garlic works as a wonderful simmer sauce all on its own, as is.I’m so glad I found these, and was able to support this wonderful small business. I can’t wait to go through the entire catalogue of goodness!

Love it...doesn't seem to last long
I love this product and buy it frequently. That said, it doesn't seem to last very long. It frequently grows mold before I can finish it. So I buy one jar at a time vs the 2-pack.

this is some mighty tasty aachar!
The roasted garlic aachar has a significant amount of heat, but I would not rate it that high on the Scoville unit scale.however, the intense roasted garlic flavor is absolutely spectacular.I could see a tablespoon of this in a double serving of pasta being a just wonderful side dish for dinner. This is a great way to add garlic, flavored anything you cook, or you can just have a spoon of it as a condiment addition to any main meal.
