I don’t know how long these will be available. I recommend scooping up at least one. They are very inexpensive and much better than expensive products in the same category. lol I have 3 pairs. Very hiker friendly!

Fit as I expected, extremely warm. Very comfortable!

Stretchy and comfortable from the waist band to the ankle elastic, fit is perfect (I wear 30-32 waist and 30-32 length and the extra small option fits to my form nicely), material is light enough to retain movability yet remains warm. I wear them under jeans in below freezing temps and the thermal effect is more than satisfactory. No zipper to fool with, the front pouch simply pulls open when needed. I like these so much I am going to buy 2-3 more to have on reserve for if and when this first, durable material pair has to be replaced.

There were tags in 2 places that they should not be in. There was a huge tag in the butt seem and another in the inner waistband at the back. I was able to remove the latter with no problems, but the big one in the butt seem was sewn into the seem! Just ridiculous. So my wife had to re-stitch it up after cutting out the tag. Care instructions can be imprinted into the material in the inner back waistline. No tags needed!!

Very warm and worth the money. My issued cwg had a waffle pattern to them and these are smooth. Maybe it’s changed over the last 10 years. Either way they are warm and the bottom isn’t uncomfortably tight.

I bought these for years noticed the materials is lighter not a bad thing but and cold weather I don't think it would work as good as the thicker. I am 6 ft 5 255 lb and I ordered an extra large hoping for the best and it fits very well although the crotch is a little tight because I am large there. But do like the nice comfortable feel.

These are the real thing very warm expedition weight. If you have the top to go with it, you can’t go wrong.
