Beautifully machined genuine bobbins
I thought these were expensive, but as my first buy for a new 2nd hand Bernina. I didn't want to risk any problems until she and I got to know one another.I've been a sewer (or 'sewist' in the new-speak) for over 50 years and I've only recently (last 20 years, ha!) heard about the quality of Berninas. I'd mostly discounted that as being a bit of snobbery from people with more money than me. Until I found a bargain 910 and began to play with her. Then the penny dropped. Smooth sewing at any speed.Anyway, back to the bobbins. I was awed by the smoothness where the barrel meets the parallel sides. And the machined grooves around the barrel manage to be both rough and smooth at the same time.I am always going to buy only genuine Bernina accessories for my new baby, and I will be using this seller again with confidence.
