Ease of use
I have an old heavy duty stapler which calls for SF-13 staples as replacements. I ordered and placed a strip into my stapler but nothing would happen. They just sat there and did nothing. I had a few remaining old staples so I tried them and they did work as they should. I could not see any visual difference between the new staples and the few old staples that I still had. But the old staples did work in the stapler so I knew there was nothing wrong with the stapler itself. I do not know why these staples would not work since they are the replacements that were supposed to be used. I returned them and am awaiting a refund.
