Nix Permethrin Lice Treatment with Crème Rinse (2 oz) and Nit Removal Comb (2 Pack)

I bought this product and spent 3 hours combing through my child's head. We found several lice through combing and they were ALL still alive. I was super paranoid so we went to a "professional" lice remover the next morning and they found 22 more bugs and another 51 eggs. I might believe the argument that I did not comb her hair enough but the product claims to kill the bugs and all the ones they pulled out were still alive.
